Went into to Fairview to get some information about upgrading our phones and plan. Was considering switching over to bell but after dealing with Eric decided to stay with Rogers. He took the time to explain everything to us and now have new phones and a plan better suited to our needs. Very knowledgeable about the products and plans. What an asset to Rogers.

Went to the Fairview location with My in-laws and we were assisted by the store manager Eric who was phenomenal and went out of his way to help us! Eric was very personable and knowledgeable. My in laws loved the experience so much that I think Eric will be their go to guy for any issues moving forward! Thanks Eric
