I have walked to this store twice now (20 minute walk) because I like thrift stores. It's always closed despite the hours on the window. It said it opened at 11 am and I waited and waited. I shan't be doing this again. I will stick to Value Village, Trends and Treasures and Salvation Army Thrift Store thanks.

I sell and consign my closet regularly, and I decided to try out Twice The Fun/Revol'ver a try - long story short, don't! Items don't sell quickly, store is unorganized with your belongings and doesn't pay well.I brought in my slur of items on June 29th. I am diligent on my items and their sale cycle and I called in September, 2 weeks prior to my cycle's expiration to pull my items for pick up but they told me that nothing has sold and it's better to extend the items through into the new year since it's 'busier' during the holidays.I called back in February to see what had sold and to pull my items for pick up. They said there was nothing to pick up because they weren't told to and everything had been donated, and my account has roughly $13 and change.Frustrated and confused, I visited the store to figure out what was happening with my account, since the lady was occupied, I took the time to walk around the store.. seeing my items on various racks - and their feature wall! The lady that helped me, older, blonde, glasses, Lisa I think her name was, wasn't the nicest, kinda gave off a "i'm too good to be here" vibe - clicked around on her computer and with a shrug told me that all my items were long gone, donated. From there I spent 2 hours combing through the store finding my own items, all of which she claimed was donated. For my account, that has been credited $13 and change.. they barely even know what they were! Luckily I had my own list of what I brought and from eilimiation, I made $13 from 2 Michael Kors blouses and a Diane Von Furstenberg top over 6 months.By far the worst customer service and attitude, lack of responsibility and care.I highly suggest to check out Plato's Closet or Style Encore - much better establishments than here, and from my experience, you'll make more from what you bring in too!
