Not pleased with my experience. I went in to sell some great items - Aritzia, urban outfitters oak and fort, Zara… Everything in mint condition. Because the owner wasn’t there and isn’t there during all store hours I wasn’t able to sell my items. I came from out of town, so expected to schedule my next visit around store hours or the owner’s schedule? (Which couldn’t be confirmed) That’s not very professional, it would be nice if they could expand their policies to prioritize the customer. Also the store smelled like fish. Will be selling my items elsewhere.
- thanks so much for your passive aggressive reply. This just solidifies my experience all together lol rude. Feel better ;)
- the owner’s responses just continue to get more and more rude, which just goes to show a lack of professionalism and just continues to prove my point. The owner is RUDE and apparently my experience was not isolated, hence the other reviews. Also funny to see after my negative review, they have a random influx of positive reviews lolol coincidence? I think not. Anywho :)

I have been a customer at this store for over 20 years both as a shopper and a consigner. The store is beautifully organized and the staff and owner are always very friendly. They carry a great selection of clothing brands and also fun accessories. I have purchased and consigned a lot of clothing here over the years and will continue to return because of its exceptional quality and service.

I had an absolutely fantastic experience at this store! The owner and staff truly go above and beyond to make every customer feel welcome and valued. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with a smile and helpful suggestions. It's clear that they care deeply about their customers and the quality of their products. Not only did I receive exceptional service, but the staff also took the time to personally ensure I was completely satisfied with my purchase. The attention to detail and level of service are unmatched, making this place a little hidden gem in Burlington. Highly recommend to anyone looking for top-notch products and service! I'll definitely be returning

I absolutely love Revol’ver! The selection is always unique and high-quality, and everything is so well curated. The staff is friendly, helpful, and genuinely passionate about what they do. I’ve found so many amazing pieces at great prices! Whether you’re buying or consigning, the whole process is smooth and professional. Can’t recommend this place enough!

The best consignment store in the area! The selection of clothes is so well curated. The owner Elisa is lovely and so helpful. I always have a positive experience, both when I’m consigning my clothes and shopping. Cannot recommend enough!

Service was surprising considering they have been in business for so long. Staff are pretentious and rude, scrolling down and reading other reviews from more than a year ago… similar complaints. Won’t be returning.

Had a few minutes to run in before an appointment. Many of the items were extremely Overpriced. Some of the items were listed for higher prices than they sell for new in stores.

I have walked to this store twice now (20 minute walk) because I like thrift stores. It's always closed despite the hours on the window. It said it opened at 11 am and I waited and waited. I shan't be doing this again. I will stick to Value Village, Trends and Treasures and Salvation Army Thrift Store thanks.

I sell and consign my closet regularly, and I decided to try out Twice The Fun/Revol'ver a try - long story short, don't! Items don't sell quickly, store is unorganized with your belongings and doesn't pay well.I brought in my slur of items on June 29th. I am diligent on my items and their sale cycle and I called in September, 2 weeks prior to my cycle's expiration to pull my items for pick up but they told me that nothing has sold and it's better to extend the items through into the new year since it's 'busier' during the holidays.I called back in February to see what had sold and to pull my items for pick up. They said there was nothing to pick up because they weren't told to and everything had been donated, and my account has roughly $13 and change.Frustrated and confused, I visited the store to figure out what was happening with my account, since the lady was occupied, I took the time to walk around the store.. seeing my items on various racks - and their feature wall! The lady that helped me, older, blonde, glasses, Lisa I think her name was, wasn't the nicest, kinda gave off a "i'm too good to be here" vibe - clicked around on her computer and with a shrug told me that all my items were long gone, donated. From there I spent 2 hours combing through the store finding my own items, all of which she claimed was donated. For my account, that has been credited $13 and change.. they barely even know what they were! Luckily I had my own list of what I brought and from eilimiation, I made $13 from 2 Michael Kors blouses and a Diane Von Furstenberg top over 6 months.By far the worst customer service and attitude, lack of responsibility and care.I highly suggest to check out Plato's Closet or Style Encore - much better establishments than here, and from my experience, you'll make more from what you bring in too!
