Lovely helpful salesperson in the store. But what ever happened to interesting merchandising? Seriously, how many boring stacks of piles/racks of bland outfits can one location carry? With the dab-vent of social media and inexpensive TVs … where are the fun styling videos? Where is the retail inspiration? I could have rolled a bowling ball down the mall and not hit anything or anyone. Over 60% of the Pocus till wants to shop IRL… let’s up the game!

I went in to find some active wear. I am happy with what I purchase because they had a sale and they had my size. However, the lady in the change room area was quite unprofessional. She didn't acknowledge me even though she saw me. She didn't help me with a change room and she just seemed like someone who didn't care to provide any customer service. I wasn't greeted properly by the lady the cash. She simply said, "Are you ready?" and helped us cash out. I asked for a bag after we paid and she said you have to pay but since I didn't ask, I will give you one. That was nice but she for sure seemed annoyed about it. I wouldn't recommend this store based on customer service but the clothing is decent.

I was shopping for pants for an internship without much luck, but Lauren at this location was so incredibly kind and helpful. She really made it such a welcoming environment. I tried on a bunch of pairs, she went digging for sizes for me, and I was able to leave with something that works perfectly!

Came here on the weekend never shopped with reitmans before but I needed to get dress pants for my job and was having a hard time finding the right fit until I came here. The lady I asked to help me did so in a friendly manner, brought me styles to try on and find the right length and fit.

The worst store I have been to in a long time!!! Very unwelcoming staff! Did not help me find anything, I was the only in the store at the time and I literally roamed around looking for what I wanted, nobody asked to give me a helping hand Nothing! Plus they have the worst return policy ever!!! That's it Reitmans!! Never again!!

3 of us waited at the cash for service while staff folded items 5 feet away. No help. Gave up after a while. They did wish us a good day as we left. Bought nothing.

I found the service could have been better, we weren't treated when we walked in. When we asked for help, no one seemed to go out of their way to help us put outfits together. This store use to be so honest and spend the time with their customers. Slowly have stopped shopping here
