Hey, Reitmans, how are people supposed to know if your underwear fit if they aren't allowed to try them on? You're literally one of the only women's stores who doesn't allow this. You just lost a customer.

The team is very helpful and welcoming. They helped me find exactly what I was looking for and put an online order for items out of stock. The promotions were also very tempting.

I have been there customer for 16 years. Very well maintained best customer service very helpful staff very well managed store with lots of selection.Special thanks to Katrina she was awesome and very helpful keep good work

Poor customer service. Spent 20 mins in store and was not greeted by the 2 associates who were engrossed with the paperwork they were doing behind the cash desk. Total of 4 customers in store and no one was assisted. Could not find sizes or help, so I ended up purchasing my items online.

Large store with lots of product selection and prices.However, customer service has gone really downhill. There were 2 associates in the store and they didn't greet us or tell us promotions. There were maybe 5 shoppers in total and the staff were busy with paperwork. We walked around for a solid 10 minutes before they acknowledged our existence...by saying excuse me as they walked by to do their other paperwork. Not really sure how they get away with minimal work but I ended up just buying my stuff from the website.When I worked at reitmans we used to be reprimanded for not even saying Hello to customers - how this store gets away with not even meeting the bare minimum is beyond me.

It's a nice and well-maintained store. They have great selections of active wear, jeans, tops, skirts, dresses and shorts. Petite, regular and plus sizes are available.Most of the staff are friendly and helpful, but sometimes they are impatient with the customers. Other than that, I always enjoy checking new arrivals and sales items. You can find really great deals when the sale is on.
