“It’s one of the best pharmacies, the main pharmacist “Rohit” & his team takes their time with every patient that walks in, offers medical care that I haven’t seen else where. They don’t ask you to leave and come back later until the prepare prescription. I am so happy since we moved our medical to that location. “My family recently switched to this pharmacy from Shoppers Drug Mart and we should have done so years ago. We realized SDM was providing generics even when our doctor stipulated "no substitutions" and charging us fees that were significantly more than this pharmacy. Here is what makes this pharmacy even better... During my first visit I asked the owner if she had a brand of deodorant I preferred. She checked and did not but immediately offered to bring it in. Her focus on customer service is a refreshing change from SDM and I encourage anyone reading this to check them out.”

“Simply the best although they do not carry some of the medicine items. It does not bother me much. The pharmacists take their time to check your insurance and advise you. Besides they discount the fee to the best whereas I would be spending quite a bit for mixing and compounding. I am slowly moving my prescriptions there and I have encouraged my family and friends to do the same especially if you live in Alton Village.”

He takes time to do a comprehensive medication review, and obtains -specific information, when asked. He even identifies medication-related problems, and develops a plan to resolve them. He calls me when my medications are due, and recently suggested and prepared a blister pack, which has been very helpful.I appreciate way Maged has helped me improve my knowledge of my medications, and dietary supplements. Our regular pharmacy (Costco) said they would take 5 days to compound a medication that our son needed, and nothing could be done to make it sooner. When we went to Remedy they apologized saying it would be an hour, and sorry it would take so long!”
