POOR LOCATION- specifically Steph who works at this location. Extremely poor customer service. The open dog food I was returning was as per their policy, with receipt and within timeframe— was rejected the moment I walked in with the large paper receipt taped to outside of bag. A cashier called out to me “you’re not getting more than 50% back” and then she started to shake her head. Bad start as I had not even walked up to the register yet. There were a few servings of food used. This was how we determined that this food was not good for our dog’s gut. Steph said “call customer service” and I had already done that, and was told to bring the open food back without 60 days. When I explained that, her response was “try another store”. So with that, buyer beware and be expecting to be treated like garbage. I will be definitely taking my business to the competition or ordering from Royal Canin direct.

PetSmart is always a good time. Always some kind of deal on dog toys and etc... Always some cheap stuffed animals at the front for them to destroy. And their stock runs deep... Plus, they have clean up supplies close when the pup decides he owns PetSmart and pees all over it.

The oet grooming staff are friendly and caring for the pets that come in. They have been very good to accomodate my pets grooming needs on short notice which has been most appreciated.

We arrived desperate for crickets as our son’s praying mantis was out of her regular diet of summertime bugs. The staff, even toward the end of their evening shift, was very courteous and friendly. It was great! I don’t normally do reviews about stores but I felt compelled to. And the parking lot has a free tire inflation station for your car! Wow.

Your manager is probably one of the most horrid women iv ever met. I’m not to sure how these workers are able to treat customers the way they do with zero repercussions. you guys need to do better with your hiring.

Generally speaking the grooming is good, however, how they manage appointments is extremely substandard. I arrived 15 minutes prior to our appointment. The only groomer on duty was in the back. I called out a few times and when she finally emerged, she said I needed to wait until my groomer arrives to drop my dog off. In total, i waited over 20 minutes just to drop my dog off. This is at 9:30 on a weekday. It's very clear petsmart feels their employees time is far more valuable than their customers, despite the fact that without customers, they can't pay their employees.

All staff super pleasant and welcoming! Special shoutout to stylist Julia so very kind & made the experience 10x better. My dog is super anxious however because of Julia I was able to leave stress free knowing my pup was in good hands! Overall, phenomenal customer service with every interaction I’ve had in the store and even better communication!

Been in-store shopping at this location consistently for a few months (like literally one a week!). Experience has been mostly pleasant.
Ordered same-delivery from this location for the first time the other day. No where on the website or checkout did it display that the delivery would be done through DoorDash. I would not have ordered same day delivery knowing it was DoorDash as I have had multiple poor experiences with them in the past. Anyways, Petsmart check out prompted for tip during checkout so I added a good amount because the order was big. Petsmart canceled half my order and I was not able to modify my tip or cancel my order, even though it was scheduled for 4 hours in advance. This was shocking as I use delivery services fairly often and there is always an option to either add or remove tip once the product is received. I received my order in the last 10 minutes of my scheduled delivery window and was greeting by a dasher banging on my door. My order was not delivered in a bag. There was simply an order slip taped to one of the products and the rest was left un-bagged on the ground by my door.
Today, I ordered some food for curbside pickup at this location. I received an alert that my whole order was ready to be picked up fairly quickly. Quite later received another email saying part of my order was cancelled due to out of stock items..? Where did my pre-paid items that were ready for pick up go? Did they just sell my paid product to another customer?? I called the store and cancelled my whole order.
I will not be returning to this location.

Very nice store and they had the cutest kittens! The cashier who helped us out was kind and funny. Tons of selection for Tiki Cat as well which was awesome.
