Their grooming service manager will pick up a fight with a customer if the customer God forbid is unhappy or grooming has to be corrected.
It has been noticed that these groomers at Pet Smart locations have an absolutely awful attitude and customer service skills. Pet Smart should invest in proper training of their stuff or if there is a person doing that job already that person itself needs to be retrained!

Took my dog here to get a bath and nail trim. Specifically called to book his appointment as an express treatment due to his anxiety. When we arrived we were told it was not booked as an express and if there was another dog booked we wouldn't have been able to keep our appointment. We were called after 45 mins to come get him and were then told they were unable to clip his nails or dry him due to his anxiety which i specified over the phone. He came home very damp and covered in loose hair smelled worse than before and only had 2 nails done. We were charged $107 for this however at other petsmart locations they were able to accommodate due to his anxiety. Will not be booking here again. Very disappointed.

Great pet smart! I met a beautiful.. the most beautiful and friendly woman I've ever met before. We talked about our American bully and we both had blue nose I wish time would stand still and I could be stuck in that pet smart with her forever! I got her on Instagram let's see if she sees this and thinks I'm a good catch aswell. ;)

Fish department- staff there can range from general knowledge to very advanced. But they are all quite friendly, and do try their best to help get the exact fish u want

Clean and friendly staff. The lady at the cashier was great. She even offered my pup a treat and helped me find what I was looking for after she checked with someone of the product was in and where it may be. It was in a totally different spot but she found it. Saved the day as my pup needed its treats. Not my regular pet smart but I will return just because of that lady.

I have been bringing my cocker spaniel here for a a couple years to the do it yourself dog washing station. It was always a great deal at only 10.00, shampoo and conditioner in the sprayer, dog brushes, dog scrubbers to help wash, 2 towels and an apron for you. Loved it, Today I go there and find the price doubled to 20.00. I thought ok, it was still a good deal to me, much easier then at home. I paid the price and was given 2 towels, they did not have any aprons, hmmm ok fine no worries. I them get to the tub, it was not very clean, there was no brush or scrubber and you had to use a pump shampoo because they had no shampoo and conditioner for the hose machine. Now I know these are first world problems but really double the price and no supplies anymore hmmm I'm not happy and don't think I will be returning even to have my dog groomed there.

My recent dog grooming appointment at left me disheartened. The employee seemed more interested in avoiding the appointment than assisting me. Their lack of empathy and willingness to reschedule rather than find a solution was disappointing. As a result, I won't be returning to this store.
