Store is good HOWEVER be careful when you order online. Sellers are small businesses and can't be returned to the store even though it says you can the order provides a bar code for the store. The return portal does not recognize my order number. Pennington customer service can't help bc you have to deal w the seller. Now stuck w $100 coat that doesn't fit. Still trying other options however and fingers crossed it works however the frustration is too much.

I hate shopping for clothes but today the two ladies on this morning were amazing. Definitely worth the trip. So helpful and lots of great deals!

My wife just visited the Burlington store and found one of the staff to be very unfriendly, not helpful. However, the other staff member( east indian) wasveryyyy nice friendly and helpful.I recommend the second lady.

I had to return some clothes I ordered online, and it was easy to do. Staff offered suggestions on the Jean styles. I like this store and will be back for sure.

I had a great experience this morning!I went to get some new Bras, because I saw a Facebook ad.I was able to get my items for 30% discount!I had great help thanks to the amazing associate Jackie!She made countless runs making sure I was able to get the correct bra to match my needs!She definitely went above and beyond!I will for sure return here for future shopping!Thanks again Jackie!!
