Awful experience at this store this past weekend and will not be purchasing from here again. I brought in a bridesmaids dress to be fitted for shapewear. The dress is silky and therefore I needed a seamless product to not show through the dress. The saleswoman had me try many items on before recommending one set of shorts in particular.When I brought them home and tried everything on again my mom noticed a massive seam up both the back and front of the shorts that was visible through my dress. The saleswoman never pointed the seam out to me and recommended the shorts knowing full well they were not seamless.I went back to the store a few days later to return the shorts that didn't even remotely work with my dress to be told that it was "illegal" for her to accept the return. This is absolutely not true as I know off-hand multiple Canadian brands that will accept returns for full refund of identical items. They told me that I should have brought the dress with me when I bought the shorts to know if it would work, to which I reminded them that I had brought the dress in and it was their sales staff that recommended this product to me. The woman at the counter was rude, dismissive and quite awful to deal with, despite the fact that I was visibly upset and rattled by the whole ordeal.Not once when I was trying on and purchasing the shorts did anyone tell me the item would be final sale (which is standard practice in retail). If they had, I never would have purchased a $113 pair of shorts. Absolutely disappointed with my experience and would not recommend this store to anyone.

Called for help and recommendations for a bra to purchase online since I was unable to get to the store. Spoke with Katie and she went above and beyond helping me out and was super friendly. Great service!!

Took my Mom here who is elderly to be fitted for a bra she could put on and off by herself without assistance. They made Mom feel welcome and safe. Staff was very pleasant and knowledgeable. Took the time to make sure Mom felt confident in her purchase without any pressure just reassurance. Thank you

I went in to have my (first ever) bra fitting. Helen was so knowledgeable and professional - she made it easy and comfortable for the fitting and finding me the right bras. She completely listened to my needs and wants, made some excellent suggestions and was extremely helpful! I will be back!

Stopped by Today for the first time. I was promptly greeted by Helen. She was Phenomenal! She took my measurements to find my correct bra size and showed a couple options that met my needs: pretty and supportive without compromising on comfort. It was noticable that Helen had many years of experience and really knew which styles work for various body types. The experience was effortless and enjoyable. I took home 2 bras and I will be back for a couple more in the near future.

i have always had trouble finding bras that fit me. i went here and in the first 5 minutes i had many options to choose from. the ladies that work here are amazing and so welcoming. i will definitely be coming back!

I absolutely love this location. Every time I've come, all of the associates have been absolutely wonderful. And even better, my favourite sales associate from Shapings now works here too, I'm never going anywhere else!

The only thing better than this stores inventory and quality products is their management and staff (especially the Sherway Gardens location/Rebecca). I haven’t seen this level of customer service in a very long time. My go-to from now on.

My experience today at My Top Drawer in Burlington was fantastic! I called in advance as i was coming from Hamilton and looking for nursing bras. They were very helpful and checked their inventory for my size while on the phone. Then when i went into the store an hour later i met Celeste and she had already pulled multiple options for me and brought me right into a fitting room to measure me and get me started trying on different styles and sizes. It was a very calm and pleasant experience and i walked out with one bra which fits perfectly and 5 more size and style options on order which i will be eagerly waiting to go back and try. Finding regular bras in my size is often challenging but it has been even harder finding nursing bras, so Thank You Celeste and the team at My Top Drawer for being so knowledgeable and so patient and willing to help. I am looking forward to returning soon! -Cristina

Terrible experience at the Burlington store. Went in with a family member and when we walked in, we were greeted by a sales associate who asked us what we were looking for. My family member said “bathing suits” and the associate responded “oh a a tankini” which I responded “no she’s looking for a bikini” to which the sales associate gave a look and said “oh really”. She proceeded to show us some suits and kept insisting on a one piece or total coverage top. My family member is a size 10 and this associate collected some items and started a room. When she went in to try some things on, there was several size 16 bottoms and a few bikini tops and one pieces. I was disgusted. She tried a few things on which all didn’t fit properly or looked like something my grandmother would wear. We quickly realized that this associate assumed a size/style and did not think that my family member should be wearing a bikini. We left immediately and both couldn’t believe how judgemental and rude this woman was. We will never return and will be letting others know of this experience. This should never happen in a store where the prices are as high and outrageous as this store. The staff at la vie en rose were accommodating and great to deal with. We will continue to shop there for a great experience and no judgement based on age or size (not that my family member is a big woman by any means).
