I have been shopping at this store for most of my household groceries for years. However, at multiple occasions when it comes to dealing with the so called managers on duty, they are the most unhelpful and rude managers. Customer is never their priority and they don't care to listen. There is no human touch, they just keep stating store policy without listening or understanding the concern. Ridiculous customer service!!

I'm sorry but, you have to have a loonie to get a buggy?? Really? All the other places that have had this, NO longer do it. I had quarters, toonies, dimes... no loonies! How inconvenient! Would have skipped going entirely but went in and got what I could carry. I have three teen boys so, I would have spent way way more.
