I came into L’occitane for the first time today and I’m already obsessed with the viral hand creams. Ontop I had the best experience and customer service from Ashley she’s an angel.

Ashley is the world's best sales associate!!! She is not greedy with samples and extremely kind and helpful. Truly a luxurious experience! The store is also very clean and supplied well? Thanks Ashley for the help ;)

Great products and A+ service. I went to buy a gift and the sales representative was very helpful suggesting the right products. Just the gift wrapping made it all worth it. Very convenient that the store is in a mall as well.
