Recently had the transmission replaced in my CX5-- while it took some time to get the replacement transmission as it was on backorder, Ashley was very reassuring that the vehicle was safe to drive and if the noise got worse or any other issues came up, to reach out to her right away. Luckily, no issues came up before the transmission came in. Took a little longer than planned for the repair to be completed, only because the Service Manager saw something else did not look quite right while doing the repair and ordered the replacement part right away -- Ashley was very quick to call and let me know about the delay and why. Only down side was not having access to a vehicle for longer than planned. Picked up my car mid-day (next day) and while driving, another issue came up -- a quick call to Ashley to let her know, she asked if I could bring it back right away and she had everything ready as soon as I got back to the dealership. The car was taken in and looked at right away and the issue was corrected. Ashley, Bryce, Chris and team were awesome to work with!

This is an honest, forthright and reputable dealership!!!
I was left without a car when my car gave up on me a few weeks ago.I called in to Leggat Mazda as it was getting a bit expensive taking Uber to dealerships.
I was connected with Nic who was understanding of my situation and willing to work with me over the phone. Within 3 minutes on the phone, the feedback I received made me confident that a deal was possible and it was worth visiting the dealership in-person, despite it being about a 50km Uber ride.
I went in the next day and got the deal done, and the day after that drove away with my brand new dream car after a useful introduction to all the new features of the car. It all went as swiftly and smoothly as I would have liked.
There is an inherent tendency to be a bit on the defensive when visiting a dealership. My wife and I felt we could really let our guard down at this dealership and focus our energy and attention on actually enjoying the process of getting our new car.
You only get to buy a new car so many times in life, so being able to enjoy the process is important. Nic and the team and Leggat Mazda made the experience of buying a new car fun and memorable.

This review is solely based on my interactions with the service department of this dealership. Having recently moved to the Burlington area, I came to them for basic maintenance and noticed I was charged significantly more than I had ever paid at my downtown dealership for a routine visit. I didn't think too much of it and chalked it up to changes in cost of labour etc. It was also evident that every interaction was met with some time of an upsell but again, it's a business and they are going to do what they can to make money.
Fast forward to this week, my 2021 Mazda 3 is experiencing suspension issues that are apparently quite common in these models. So common that Mazda North American Operations released a Technical Service Bulletin stating that hundreds of cars are experiencing this yet Leggat Mazda refused to help rectify and deemed this as a user issue claiming I must've "hit a pot hole" or "hit a speed bump too fast". My independent mechanic said there was absolutely no evidence of brute force and this was very clearly a manufacturer defect.
Long story short, this dealership gave me a multitude of reasons as to why they couldn't help under warranty but two other nearby Mazda dealerships were quick to assist and honour the TSB/recognize my loyalty as a Mazda customer. From now on I will be happily travel out of my way to visit those dealerships for maintenance and will steer clear of Leggat Mazda.
*Edited: Reply to their response. They never offered to run diagnostics on my vehicle nor provide any insight on Mazda Canada bulletins. Please safe yourself the headache and listen to the low star reviews.

What can I say??? A stray off the street is treated as if she's a premier 5 star customer! I am so grateful I came in, because until that moment, my day was not going the way I anticipated when I woke up! Thank you Bryce and the team for lifting my spirits so high today!

Second time buying a car at this location and never an issue. Super modern and clean place, great service and very friendly / helpful staff. Jeff has now sold us two cars and we will be back for sure.

The service is spot on. Mechanics know their Mazdas. Service Department is friendly, knowledgable and fair. Ashley and the other service staff always greet me with a smile!

My experience was negative. Sales person with a lot of lies and misleading regarding arrival dates of my vehicle. My payments estimates were different every time I met the sales rep and manager. I purchased a different vehicle in another dealer with more professionalism and honesty. I will never come back to Mazda Burlington. My Latin community knows about this. Ivan Ortega.

My dad was shopping around for a car for me and met Donnie at Mazda. He spoke very highly of him after meeting once and told me to come check out the cars and to talk to Donnie. I ended up buying the CX5 kuro and I’m obsessed. Donnie was an absolute pleasure to work with and I couldn’t be happier with my new car :)

Today was my first time going to Leggat Mazda, which will be my last. I went there for repairs on my mazda, and they charged me $531.10 for I honestly don't know what, because they didn't fix the problem I went for. They took advantage of a 65 year old senior, and they knew very well that I knew nothing about cars, which makes me sad. That money I gave them is my grocery money for 3 month. I'm very disappointed.
