Had a great experience w Allan yesterday and today. Left all my cards in the store which they had secured for me. Bought a gift card and lost it…a second call was made to my house. They had cancelled my first card, issued another! Such kindness and service!

i have been looking for a part to fix a pull handle on a vintage cabinet -- and I found it today at Lee Valley Tools, Burlington -- thanks to Tom and his help! great selection Nd good pricing were outdone by professional and Friendly service! we will be back next time we have a service appointment at nearby Burlington Toyota -- another reason we enjoy travelling from Oakville to Burlington.

Lots of unique items for everything from planting to cooking to woodworking. Nice store layout, and the staff is friendly and knowledgeable. Warning: they don't have much a few days before Christmas, but not surprised lol.

Great selection and good customer service. When you order online, it gets processed quickly. Yes you need to take a number and wait your turn, but never that long of a wait.

Have to wait for 15 minutes just to check out with a single item worth <$15 because you have to “take a number”. No option just to check out like at any other store. I will never be back. This is why people shop on Amazon.
