I bought an oversized top online and picked it up a few days later. When I picked it up the girls there could not find my order and it was chaotic. When I finally got my purchase, I left and received a message a little later saying they put 2 shirts in my bag and to come back. When I went back I wanted to also return the shirt as it was enormous even for an oversized shirt. I spoke to Jess and she refused to give me a refund. An exchange could only be done possibly in Hamilton. A refund or exchange in the store seems like such a simple and reasonable request. I found the customer service to be condescending and not at all helpful.

Really enjoy shopping at this store. They have so many cute clothes and carry many different brands. Staff are all friendly and helpful.

I went into this store for the first time this week and was very impressed by the quality of clothing.There were 3 people working at the time, all busy having a conversation together at the cashier counter. Not once was I acknowledged or asked if I needed assistance, which I would have appreciated.What happened to customer service???Please do better.

This store should be called The Tammy Store because everything in the store is my style. I can now actually walk into a store , try an outfit on and buy without having to look on line and order something and wait for it to arrive. Love LOVE this store.

First time shopping here couldn't have gone better! Beatrix and Sierra were super kind and helpful with their styling advice. The clothes feel unique and trendy and the jewelry is legit. Highly recommend for a party, event, or cute outfit :-)

Awesome options and really great material. Went a couple of times with my partner and found great stuff each time. Staff was very helpful and friendly. And the options looked just as good as home as they did in store

Visiting from BC and needed a cute dress, this shop was full of them! So many choices and super helpful staff. High quality, unique, feminine pieces. The store was organized by colour, easy to look through and well laid out.

Whenever my mom and I go to Mapleview, I always make sure to stop by Lee & Me! Recently, my university went back to in-person, and I realized I don’t have a single thing to wear. After hitting up two different stores in the mall and not liking how a single thing looked on my body, I felt super discouraged and honestly insecure with my body. I felt frumpy and sad. We ended up swinging by Lee & Me, which lifted my spirits, since all the pieces are so cute (but out of my price range as a student!). As we were leaving I noticed they had a rack of clearance Levi’s, with some in my size. I figured what was the harm in trying. After I tried on my first pair, the blonde lady working the cash register (I didn’t get her name) asked how I was doing. Honestly, I kind of needed to vent so I told her how today was just not a good day for my body image. She gave me some awesome insight, and some really good advice (as well as a really good point about how different each style of Levi’s is). I ended up loving one particular pair, the painter style, and my mom treated me to them! On our way out, the girl stopped me to say that she thought they looked really good on me! I tell you I almost cried from how sweet she was!The pieces are everything I want in my closet, but can’t afford at this point in my life. Hopefully, I marry rich soon so I can come back and buy out the whole store ;). (And give the saleslady a million dollars!)

Nice stuff, I found a good gift for my sister here. The girls working there were very friendly and helpful. It would be nice if the store or website had a bit more information about their brands, I would like to know more about the company and where the products come from.

Made a stop at Lee & Me while doing some Christmas shopping...and fell in love with the clothes and the layout. The staff were so friendly and they made my shopping experience perfect! So HAPPY with my new shacket!
