Decent car wash, staff are a little hit or miss at times.2022. Tried again. Completely useless staff. Used to be a good place. Totally disrespectful employees. All they treat it as is a cash cow.

Been several times over the last 4-5 years. Never been satisfied with the outcome, but kept hoping it would improve because it's so close to my home and it's relatively cheaper than other places. Alas, it seems to be getting worse! It is too bad because Burlington doesn't have many full service car wash places.Services: Auto interior vacuuming

This was how the car was cleaned after 5 people were involved to clean the exterior. Not at all worth spending money here. I was so disappointed after seeing this because the cleaning included hand towel dry after the wash.

Had my car cleaned here last week they did an amazing job my car still smells fresh a week later ?, so cheap had my inside and outside cleaned for 35$$ steal of a deal !!!

Been there for the first time. Havent washed my car for quite sometime due to Covid, but the guys in the front did a very good job. Purchased a Platinum package. Great value for the money spend. Would recommend everyone to try it once.Service: Auto interior vacuuming

I just had the "quick clean" service. If my car wasn't wet, I would have not even known someone had attempted to clean the inside and the outside of the vehicle. It does not look any different. What a waste of time and money, never again.Service: Full body wash

I hate writing reviews like this, but for $50 bucks I won't even give them another chance. May be we had the one off bad experience.Went for the"Ultimate Package:44.24Vacuum, Floor mats, Dash, Doors & Jams, Console & Windows Wiped Clean. Free Air Freshener Spray24 hr Rain Gurantee"(Cut and paste from their web site...)They didn't vacuum or if they did not well. Mats were washed but not wiped. Doors, jams, consoles and windows were not wiped down, at best had dry rag run over them. Pictures included. Unfortunately couldn't get a good shot of streaking on windows.Oh and the Carwash damaged the front license plate and holder.C'est la vie. Caveat EmptorServices: Auto interior vacuuming

Decided to give this place a try. I got the interior and exterior package. It was $35.00. The result was poor unfortunately. Mainly because the rags used left white lint all over the car. I mean covered! The customer service was sketchy too I am sorry to say. I did bring the issue to their attention and they chose to do nothing about the lint covering my black car.Services: Wheel washing

I was very disappointed with the quality of the cleaning. When I pointed out some areas of the interior of the car that did not appear to have been cleaned and areas of the carpeting that did not appear to have been vacuumed, I felt like they were working to satisfy themselves that it met their needs. Not a great way to run a service business. I took the car home and finished cleaning job myself. I’m glad they were happy with the quality of their work, but it’s not somewhere that I will bring my car back to even though I live less than a minute drive away from there. Guess I will start making the drive up to Mainway and APPLEBY LINE to the big car wash there.Services: Auto interior vacuuming

Please read this before you visit King's car wash in Burlington.I use to be a regular customer - biweekly visits as I worked relatively close and the service and quality of work was amazing. Life changes and it had been a few years since I'd been but was heading to Burlington for an appointment and stopped in for the TOP package for the in and out vehicle service. Afterwards I headed to my appointment. I reached into my console for parking meter change and the $25 plus dollars i keep in there for parking was competently empty. I had just checked it before leaving my city to the status of coins. I immediately called kings to explain what had happened. They apologized, said they'd follow up and offered me a free visit. Fast forward to the day I want to collect the free visit; I call prior to driving to Burlington and am told they have NO record. I ask BRAD (the so called manager) to have the owner call me to which he is very rude and gives me a hard time. I explain that I will continue to call until I reach the owner - his response is that when he sees my number on the call display he week pick it up And hang up on me and THEN DOES JUST that - HANGS UP ON ME!That right there is great customer service... they steal from you and then treat you like that!Be ware everyone before you go there!Services: Wheel washing

I have been coming here for 15 years. Until 2 years ago the service and quality were excellent. IN the past 2 years it has deteriorated drastically and I will no longer take my vehicles here. I had a hard time even giving 1 star.
