Horrible... purchased a vehicle from them Feb 23, car broke down within 20 minutes of leaving their shop. To date, the dealership has not compensated my payments nor have they managed to fix the vehicle that I purchased. It's now been 21 days without the vehicle that I purchased in my possession and the dealership refuses to allow me out of the deal NOR will they compensate me for the payments that have been coming from my account for a vehicle that I don't have. STAY AWAY!

The managing body there look and act like lowlife scammers. Upselling and adding bulls*** additional charges that adds up to alot. Just be careful because what the price tag says, is far from what you will be paying overall - Around 6-10 grand more than what you will be expecting. They will take advantage of you.

Had an amazing experience here. My salesperson was Mark. He made the buying process simple. If you do your due diligence with the car your buying the sales process is a breeze. Was very happy with the service I received from Mark. Sam delivered my vehicle and made sure it met all my conditions. Had one issue I had to bring into service for and Tony at the service department got it all sorted out no problem. Best experience I had at any dealership and would return in the future. Not impressed and upset as they came highly recommended! Purchased 2018 Mazda CX5, carfax stated rear end accident but no claim.After picking up car noticed substantial front end damage that has been repaired except for the black plastic piece under the bumper apparently you need to climb under a car to make sure all is ok! Contacted general manager Ihab and was basically told not there problem I must have hit a curb and they did not show anything reported on the certification by their mechanic! You can clearly see it is old damage! All I wanted was them to fix $100 part! Stay away they don’t back up their customers! When you pay $29000 for a vehicle you expect a little respect! Will never use them again!

I want to share my own experience, i bought a 2016 jeep sales financial manager did their job perfectly following up getting approvals with best rate……, until i got my car i mentioned that the tires was too bad and they told me it’s passed the safety ( passed and certified from jp motors shop ) the car was jumping like crazy i get back to the dealer and they told me you need to leave your car at there shop for check,,,, the answer was that you need to change the 4 tires to fix the problem, CERTIFIED =TRUST

BUYER BEWARE! I purchased a vehicle from JP Motors. It was a 2018 Ford Edge with 90k km. Within 6 weeks the engine was over heating. My mechanic discovered that engine coolant was leaking into the engine cylinders and the engine would need to be replaced. When I brought the issue up with JP motors they explained to me that “buying a used comes with risk” and washed their hands of the issue as it was passed it’s short warranty period. My decision to do business with JP motors cost me an unexpected $6000. My advice to anyone looking for a used vehicle is to purchase from a reputable dealer who prioritizes customer satisfaction and their reputation.

Buying a financed car is one of the worst scams out there. I bought a car at JP motors at marked price $17K, a couple months later found out I owned $31K loan. This place make to seems so easy getting a financed car, but at the end we end up paying double of what was agreed on the beginning. This happened in 2016, changed mufflers constantly because was always making noises all the time. 2020 I had an accident (not my fault) and the car was lost. The car lost value so what insurance paid for the car value wasn’t enough to cover loan, still had to pay a couple thousands from my pocket. I’m not saying to not use this dealership, however open your eyes on interest rates since it is a ripoff itself. If it sounds to good, it’s a big reason to think 100 times before signing any car loan.

Purchased a vehicle on condition that the door be repaired and painted properly, it took 2 weeks to pick the car up, and the repair was horrible. You can see the bondo, it looks like a preschooler did it with play doh and a magic marker. The manager was to call me and see if we could either get it repaired properly or make a financial resolution but as soon as I signed all the paperwork the manager never bothered to call me back. Very shady behavior. Buy somewhere else, their customer service is poor, and make sure you check the carfax, many of their vehicles have been in previous accidents. Buyer beware!

Better have cash in hand when you're thinking of buying a car here. They literally sold a car out from under us while we were talking about the purchase! One minute we were talking about financing and down payments, then his phone rings, looks at us and says "sorry, the car is sold", shakes our hand and we walk out. I guess they can do that because they are the only USED CAR LOT in southern Ontario! No matter, we got a better car, one year younger and all the options from people that WANTED our business. Say good by to all of our future business.

I was happy with the dealership and purchasing my used car almost a year ago, up until I had issues with my speakers not working. Thinking I’m Covered under extended warranty, I called the service department and they advised me to call the dealership for the make of my car. Took my car to dealership thinking it was covered under warranty and they found that the previous owner of my vehicle had did some modifications to the speakers so it was not covered under warranty, had to pay a few hundred dollars for labour and they advised me to take it back to JP motors. I called back the service department to advise what happened and they stated they could take a look at it, and of course I’d have to pay for it and no they would not be reimbursing me for what I had paid at the dealership even though they were the ones who told me to take it there without advising me to bring it in to them first (since I bought my car there.) moral of the story , do not buy any used cars from here with fully knowing the back story of who owned it previously (Because I was never told). I would not buy another vehicle from them unfortunately.

!!!!!!DO NOT BUY A VEHICLE FROM HERE!!!!Do not trust a word their service department is saying. Apparently JP motors has “levels” to their safety’s. Where one thing could not pass the top level of their “safety” but will pass a lower level. Director of Fixed Operations Will tell you one thing then do another. he will tell you to trust him but never honour his word even when provided on email.Came to agreement on a brand new part online to order for replacement after MONTHS of waiting. They told me part was in and ready for install. Dropped vehicle off for install and after picking up vehicle was informed they didn’t get the part, they just took it from another high KM vehicle on the lot and installed on mine.Very unprofessional from the start.Save yourself the headache and money on repairs you will need after purchasing vehicle.
