Clowns; overfilling tires to 40psi when vehicle requires 35psi, overfilling oil even after i explicitly told them to fill 7.7qtz from the 8qtz i I gave him. Supervisor shows bad attitude, never apologizes… never says good bye…

Appreciate your response, I am leaving the chronology of my experience, thats what I saw and no need for me to add anything. Hopefully you can ensure that your team understands the difference between quarters and liters and they appreciate the importance to listen to the customer instructions (I gave them two the supervisor and the gentleman who actually was doing the job in my vehicle). My information is in the order file from the day, take the time to search for it and you will find it if you are so eager to talk to me. Do you really expect me to contact you (me being the customer) after this experience???
Important highlight that the person i refer as supervisor is tall and short hair; the gentleman short with long hair he was very good.

I come here for oil/tires. Recently needed a headlight change and had a small issue around it but staff was understanding and quickly rectified the issue. Special thanks to Ahmed for his help.

Reason I am giving a 5 star is because of the friendliness of the employees the amount of time I spend there waiting and the honesty. The employees are very respectful. On my last visit I didn't feel like sitting in my vehicle so I decided to go into the waiting room and enjoy a coffee. They have a variety of treats coffees and teas etc. There is also free wifi which is handy the employee came to let me know my vehicle was ready. I didn't have to wait long.
I usually dread oil changes but this location honestly makes you feel very welcoming and you dont get pressured to buy other products
I will definitely be back

Just had my oil changed, they did zero inspections, and seemed very interested in anything. The report given after says
Tire Pressure Checked - wasn’t completed
3 places say inspection, they admitted it wasn’t done
Air filter wasn’t checked
Never go there, lots of false information

We have a 2023 diesel gmc denali and they could not do a oil change ? . Their system is out of date. If you have any new vehicle go elsewhere!

Brutal service, no regard to there own first come first serve policy. Manager just kinda shugged his shoulders. Went down to Fairview location spent $350 and had a great experience.

The easiest and quickest way to get your oil changed! They don’t mess around and try to charge you for premium oil changes if your car doesn’t need it. Nice to not be hassles into paying for something you don’t need.
