I’m from Alberta . Placed an order of A deck grip tape and wheels for my Grandson . Realized I ordered the wrong color wheels . So I Emailed them with that info with my phone number . Brad called me on my cell I explained situation he said he would update the order and send out the right color wheels in the order . A bit later he called again and said The wheels we ordered were to big on diameter to fit the deck. I told him when my grandson got off school we would look online and see which wheels he wanted because they didn’t have yellow wheels in the smaller wheels and then we would let him know. A short while later he called me again he said it was the Brake that was on the deck. That was the reason the wheels wouldn’t fit, and there was an upgrade to a different break to allow the larger wheels to fit the deck that we ordered. He said he was throwing the different brake in the box and upgrading the order to include the 120mm yellow wheels . I thought wow what great Service 2 or 3 long distance calls to get my order straightened out and shipped the same day . Will recommend these

Amazing selection and prices of high quality scooters and skateboards. Do yourself a favor and not buy Amazon or Walmart junk and get yourself or your kid something that will last and not get them hurt from poor cheap quality. Also the guy Phil that works there is a real gem. He helped me out with my 8 year ood to find what we needed. And no pressure at all here. Totally chill place.

A few weeks ago, Jibs had a specific scooter part that I’ve been looking for that I couldn’t find anywhere else online, so I ordered through their website store. Shipping was very quick, and the part arrived on the estimated delivery date. Recently, I placed another online order for scooter parts and had the same pleasant experience.
Though I haven’t had the opportunity to step foot into the actual store (as I don’t live in Canada), I’ve had nothing but great customer service through the online store. Thank you, Jibs!

I am ABSOLUTELY amazed by Mark and his customer service! He called me the morning of my online order to tell me I made i’m a mistake when billing he said if I was to place the order again that he would ensure I would get the scooter today. He hand-delivered the order for my son. I am so pleased with his service how he was able to go above and beyond I would definitely recommend, Mark and the store if I could give 100 stars, I would truly amazing great work!!!! ❤️ ❤️ ?

I bought a new we the people bike and the customer service was 10 stars the boys are knowledgeable, and no their stuff about bikes and scooters. They built the bike right on the spot for me love this place will definitely be back

Bought my son a scooter from this place the other day. The guys working there were very helpful, knowledgable and friendly. The prices were actually pretty competitive, too. They have a demo model of every item they sell. It's nice to be able to try before you buy. I'm more than happy to support a small local business.
