It’s very close to the main site to pick up things you can’t get there. They are very fast and efficient. Even though the line looked long, we were serviced quickly. All of the employees of IKEA are pleasant and helpful. It must be at Goff Place to work.

I wasn't aware I had to go to another location to pick up my purchase and it was at night time and I'm a senior, so I drove right by the place it's not very well signed from the street, even though I had my Waze GPS on

Having been a regular customer since the store opened we have bought many products and lunches in Burlington. We recently visited the store for lunch and were disappointed by a few things especially in the restaurant. Date: Friday Nov 29, 2024 at 12:15. Selection of food limited, display cases very limited in offerings and although egg salad sandwiches wrapped, bread not fresh. Many tables not cleared basically limiting useable tidy spaces. Basically the atmosphere has changed completely. Just a heads up!

Not enough staff long time wait told them I couldn't lift packages in car the girl just stood there with no assistance a very nice man customer brought it out for me thanked him but then only to get it home measurements were so far off took back to returns to tell me this happens often if that's the case why not inform customer to order next site up in microwave cabinet or maybe send builders & suppliers a Canadian take measure as im sure Canada has numerous Ikea stores

We had an amazing one of a kind experience while shopping at Ikea last week. First, we were lost looking for the bathroom section, and we were saved by employee Colin, who approached us to help with directions. Fortunately, he worked in the department! He was so helpful, patient, and kind. We didn't make a purchase that day as we decided to sleep on our decision. I had asked if Colin if he worked on April 18th so we could return and purchase from him. He explained he only worked one day a week on the floor and the remaining time in the warehouse! What? Colin is a natural born salesman, a skill that is highly sought-after. Hiding in the warehouse is not where this young fellow should be! Having been a Corporate Salesperson myself, I was responsible for selling hundreds of millions of dollars for my employer. I can recognize natural born salesmen when I see them. I sincerely hope that you take my review and put Colin on the sales floor where he belongs. IKEA is very fortunate to have Colin as an employee. Thanks, Colin, for my first excellent experience at Ikea in 30 years!!
