I called ahead of time to see if they had any vegan protein to make a shake with before I made my way over since I was from out of town she said yes I have vanilla so I said great. I’ll be right there. (Whey hurts my tummy) Then I got there and she had forgotten to mention they didn’t have any oat milk or almond milk, so she had to make it with water. Needless to say I was disappointed but accepted it anyways. When it came time to pay - she gave it to me for free and apologized for the inconvenience.
(As well as a free shaker cup)
I was blown away. I am a Customer Service Trainer -, and location gets five stars for exceeding my expectations and exceptional customer service! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Great job I will most definitely be back on my next visit to Burlington!! Bravo ??

Great selection of items. However, staff needs some serious training on proper customer service etiquette. There has now been a number of times where I have come in and haven’t been acknowledged by staff, or I am having to say hello first while simply being stared at by staff upon coming in. The staff also have a very unapproachable demeanor to them, as if they are annoyed to have to answer questions or speak with a customer. I also don’t appreciate being looked at like I have a third eye when asking simple questions, I don’t know what you offer so it would be nice to get a quick rundown in a friendlier manner. When I went to the Appleby location I did not have this kind of experience, the girl was super friendly and willing to answer any questions. Rather than hiring “fitness influencers” for the sake of some kind of image, it would be best to hire people who have more experience and are better equipped with customer service skills.

Very good protein shakes $5 for 16oz & $7 or $7.95 after tax for 24 oz. Huge selection of work-out foods. Possibly even the best selection. Oh how could I forget! $2 for 16oz on Tuesday!!!!

I had a fantastic shopping experience at Hercs. The staff was incredibly helpful, and the quality of their products is top-notch. I'll definitely be returning for any needs! Shoutout to Pete for giving me some insight on what pre-workout to get!

Customer service was complete trash, worker acted like she was frustrated I was asking questions, don’t waste your time just go to Popeyes they’re way better, greet you and speak to you accordingly

placed an online order on Wednesday march 29th of $300+ worth of products. Their shipping policy on the website is “Canada Post Expedited Parcel, which is usually 1-2 business days within Ontario, and no more than 5 business days to the rest of Canada”. By Wednesday April 5th (an entire week later) I still had not gotten my shipment, and I called the customer service number multiple times to no one answering the phone. I then messaged hercs Instagram page to where they opened my messages and did not reply, and when I messaged again they told me to contact the Burlington location as this is where the online orders are shipped from. Okay…now trying to call the Burlington location multiple times to no one answering. I tried calling again and finally I was told on the phone that products in my order were out of stock that’s why it didn’t ship but they have them now and it will ship today and I will definitely get it the next day, Thursday April 6th, before the Easter long weekend and that he would put in some samples in the box to make up for the inconvenience. Why confirm an order with products not in stock and why not send a communication that lets me know my product is out of stock? I said Okay, fine. The entire Easter weekend comes and goes and I still don’t get my package. Fast forward to today, Tuesday April 11th 6:30 pm (14 days after I placed my order) I finally get my package with nothing additional inside. I don’t even want this package anymore as I ended up getting my protein powder directly from the supplier, and am extremely annoyed with the false promises and embarrassing customer service.

They never assist the customers. I did an online purchase of whey Isolate and I dont know why I was billed for whey concentrated and it was delivered to me. I reauested for a return and sent the products back. Its been one week but no response from the store or the team. Very poor customer sevice and I would recommened not to buy at this store. Manager - Derek never provides any customer satisfaction and other staffs doesnt know what is going on in the store. Everytime I call in to check on my order, different people attend my call and say different reason. Please try to increase the standards.
