I have visited Hauser in Burlington on numerous occasions when travelling. Diana and the rest of the team have been superb in terms of design sense, patience, understanding and creativity. Being able to physically touch and try out the furnishings is a huge advantage and the quality of their products leaves one with long term reassurance!

Extremely disappointing customer service. Bought a bench, dining table and 5 chairs about four months ago. The bench is not well-designed and can and has easily tipped over with people sitting on it - “customer service” did nothing to address this safety issue when I brought to their attention and just said I was out of the exchange period (48 hrs - I hadn’t even used the bench in that time frame).Won’t buy anything else here and wouldn’t recommend anyone else purchase from here either . For the prices they’re charging I’d expect better customer service. You’d think they would want to address safety-related issues immediately and not after someone gets hurt due to a poorly designed item.

Not only was there an absolutely beautiful selection of high quality, cool and modern yet still inviting outdoor furniture and decor, the staff there truly helped me out in a pickle.My car completely died on plains road and the staff were so kind and hospitable with allowing us to stay inside while we waited for a tow truck. They really went above and beyond to help turn around a bad situation.I got the chance to learn a little bit about this amazing long-standing company. Looking forward to visiting for our future patio furniture soon!

Quality and selection is not the same as it was 5 years ago. Disappointed that they no longer have price tags on the furniture. I was told I would have to go on line to get the prices. What, the prices change every day?Is it made of gold?I left the store and spent $16,000 elsewhere.

Beware of the brio sectional fabric! Its very high maintenance, lots of pilling happened in the 4 months that we’ve owned it. It’s unfortunate especially at the price you pay for it. Otherwise, the staff at this location are great!

Very nice, but very LARGE pieces. Not much "luxe" but small furniture being made for the tiny balconies found in newer condos. Pity.

I just recently purchased a few items from the Coastal Collection (a loveseat, sofa and two chairs) for my back patio and I have to say that I couldn't be more happy that I did!
The quality of the furniture is absolutely amazing and after just recently hosting a dinner party, I received an abundance of compliments from guests as well. It gives off that perfect beach feel, with a little hint of Muskoka - right in my own backyard!
