I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the service I received at H&M today around 3 PM. The cashier, a tall male, appeared to be in a bad mood and was quite rude to me. When I initially declined a bag but then changed my mind and asked for one, he did not respond. When I asked again after he had given me the receipt, he told me that I should have asked for the bag before he gave me the receipt. I offered to pay for the bag, but he refused.
I understand that the bags are free, but I do not appreciate the cashier's rudeness. Customers should be treated with respect, regardless of the circumstances. I believe that the management of H&M should address this issue and ensure that their employees are providing a positive customer experience.

Bad customer service, manager (blonde lady) is unprofessional. H&m has policy to price match with online price if the item is sold out online and only available in store. She refused to price match. I always do price match with online app price in other locations however she refused to price match. I hope she gets retraining on the store policies

Worst Worst Wrost!!!! The Manager here is racist, rude, and ignorant women. My husband bought a $90 blazer for my brother and it didn’t fit. So, my brother went to return it. When asked if it was worn, my brother said ‘yes’ because he thought that she meant ‘did you put on your body’ which he did to try it on. The manager took it as he if he has used it and did not give a refund. Upon learning this, later that day, me and my husband went to return it and tried to explain that he has ‘tried’ it on not ‘wore’ it anywhere. But she was sooo intolerant and straight up rude to face. She had already made up her mind and was not all ready to listen or try to understand us. This was a very hurtful experience me and my husband! Never going back there ever again! H&M Mapleview mall, please get rid of your manager!!

Bad customer service behavior by the girl in the front.Use of rude language to us eventhough we warned her we will complaint.

It is my go to place for kids clothing. Their prices are reasonable. It's not too crowded usually so easy to shop woth kids.

worst H&M store ever. Very rude passive aggressive staff. They don’t accept any online returns so don’t buy anything online on H&M. They sell wrongly sized clothes and then don’t even exchange them if you need correct size.
