Maged is such a wonderful caring and intelligent Pharmacist.He truly cares about my health, as well as my husbands health. We trust him entirely, as he has been a tremendous resource to us regarding my resent diagnosis. He is very personable, and you know when he is speaking to you, that he is interested, in helping you be in better health. He takes time to do a comprehensive medication review, and obtains -specific information, when asked. He even identifies medication-related problems, and develops a plan to resolve them. He calls me when my medications are due, and recently suggested and prepared a blister pack, which has been very helpful.I appreciate way Maged has helped me improve my knowledge of my medications, and dietary supplements. I feel well looked after and supported. Thank you Maged!!!!

I have been looking for some preventive medication for my 8 month old for an upcoming travel and the medicines the doctor prescribed seems to be back ordered / low in stock when asking around pharmacies.I called this pharmacy ahead of time and asked about the medicines and was told to come by. Once I reached, I was told that neither of the medicines were available (not in stock / back ordered) and was asked to hunt around other pharmacies in the area. Could have saved me a trip upfront, not sure why they wanted the foot traffic.

Maged is an incredibly wonderful pharmacist. While undergoing chemo treatment, he showed tremendous care, kindness, and generosity by making sure that I had the drugs that I needed at all times. He was attentive to details and ensured that my refills were ready for pickup in the days before my infusions. Maged was an essential part of my care team. I have the utmost gratitude for his continued interest in my health and well-being. Thank you, Maged, for your dedication and commitment to providing outstanding service.

I cannot say enough about how wonderful this pharmacy is. I’ve needed quite a bit of advice over the years for some issues and Sanja, Linda and Maged are so willing to take the time to help! Maged remembers EVERYTHING we tell him about me and my son and has even helped me on the phone when I’ve had questions. I’ve moved away from Burlington and didn’t want to leave them!!! I appreciate them and am so grateful they have been there for me!

Longos @ Mapleview is our local store, so it follows that its pharmacy is the one we fill our Rxs at. Maged is the best pharmacist I've met in Canada. He does care about you as a person. not only a patient, it's been countless times when he reviewed grandma's list if medications and advised her on how to properly take them. Last week he went above his usual greatness: I entered the pharmacy to ask him for a refill for grandma, and as a response he gave me the bag with all the refills! The week before, he remembered it might be around the time she needs her refills, he checked her file, and went ahead to complete the refill without even a call or prior request from us. I was blown away. Thank you for the special care, it what makes life a tad better these days.

terrible experience yesterday. Pharmacist basically threw my prescription at me and walked away with no instructions etc how to take the medicine. I walked out and then went back as I had some questions, he didn't even come down from behind the raised counter where they keep the medicines and pills. Horrible attitude and customer service. No other person came to the counter when i was there for the 15 mins or so, so it wasn't like he was super busy. Everyone has bad days I guess, but don't work with the public if you don't know how to communicate with them.
