Brian was so exceptionally helpful and kind. No pressure, lots of advice and information. We went to just look but because of his remarkable customer service, we bought on the spot and had the car in our drive way the next day. Highly recommend!

A good friend who was a mechanic recommended this shop and said they are honest. I took my new used Mazda in as I had a check engine light on and gas vapors. They looked it over and said just keep an eye on it as the repairs to replace the charcoal canister was high. He said it should dry out and dont overfill it as I had once. Nice to have a new honest mechanic! No charge that day!

Some time ago I had my tire inflated in the middle of the road and it was late,all the stores were closing at that time and only Good Cars place did a great favour for me by opening the store again just to help me out. The owner of this place, was not only very kind to help and repair the tire of my car (although he was closing already)but did it for a great price also. Thank you Brian very much,I do appreciate your kindness and time.

By far one of the best car buying experience I have ever had! Brian provided exceptional customer service, went the extra mile making sure my car was in great shape when i picked it up. Every time I take it in for service everything is great! I have never purchased a use car in the past but moving forward I would only buy from Brian.

I've been taking my cars to Brian for many years. He's the best mechanic I've ever had. He's fair and honest. I live in Niagara Falls, and we still come all the way to Burlington to have service both my wife and my car.
My wife's 2017 Nissan Rogue hatch wouldn't open anymore (Don't you love technology?). My wife ended up taking it to the dealership, hoping that it might be covered under the warranty. Well, they looked at it and said it was a corroded wire. They said because it was a corroded wire that it wasn't covered by the warranty (wasn't that nice of them to take no responsibility for a poor design?) My wife made the point that it should be covered as if it's getting wet to corrode said wrote then that's a poor design on the part of Nissan. They waived the diagnostic fee and told my wife we needed a while new door ($1,700+taxes/labour)!
She called me distraught, I said, let's bring it to Brian at Good Cars. They fixed it and it works great now for way less money and they said there wasn't any corroded wires, which is where my trust in Brian's honesty comes in. It's much rather give my business to him and to those crooks at the dealership.
I would highly recommend Good Cars Only if your looking to buy a good quality used car, or are looking for a great mechanic thatis honest and very reasonable. 20 stars out of 10!!

Very pleased with the level of service from this dealership ,especially Kevin one of the mechanics …as well as Brian the owner.
Never thought it was possible to see 5star
Reviews for a used car dealer, but happy to say first hand after the last few repairs-a great team that continues to provide the best in customer service and satisfaction ????

Brian was great to deal with. We bought 2 vehicles for our fleet from him. Brian replaced the transmission on one of them with a brand new one from ford instead of going with a used one ( when the used one is all it would need to pass safety ). This showed the quality of the service he is offering. Vehicles delivered to us on time when promised. I wouldn’t hesitate to deal with them again.
