“I purchased 2 power-assist lift chairs by H2 Seating from Scan Decor. The sales person (Mukhtar) was very courteous and helpful. We had several email exchanges and he was responsive and answered all my questions. The chairs are fantastic! The delivery showed up on-time; they assembled the chairs, set them up and tested them, making no mess and leaving no garbage behind. It was a very pleasant experience and I will definitely visit their beautiful showroom again.”
“I finally pulled the trigger and purchased my Traeger Timberline 850 from Barbecues Galore in Burlington. Always impressed with the customer service and knowledge. I added their Barbecue Butler delivery and assembly service. My Traeger arrived right on time as outlined in an email I received the day before which made it very convenient. I was greeted by Austin and Ewan to place my Traeger on my patio and give me a run down on the operation. Very professional and courteous with great product knowledge. I am never disappointed with a purchase from Barbecues Galore and highly recommend this team. Best quality of items by far and this location clearly gets all the nice, higher end hidden gems you wouldn't expect to see at a HomeSense due to it's location. For the most part it is well organized and clean. Lots of selection of good bedding and chairs in particular.”

“Earlier this summer I took advantage of a special online sale to purchase a new 10' diameter patio table umbrella. At the time of order I was notified within a 2 week window that the product had arrived and was ready for pick up at their Burlington location. Once I collected the new umbrella and noticed the wide selection of both outdoor and indoor furniture, shade solutions and accessory items available. Unfortunately, when the new umbrella was in place I noticed a stitch had come apart and I notified the store and they suggested I return it for an exchange. It was quicker to have the umbrella repaired than to wait for a new umbrella but unfortunately this time when the canvas had been replaced the ribs of the umbrella were improperly positioned preventing any attempt to open the umbrella. Again I returned the defective umbrella to their Burlington store and this time Irina, the cheery and helpful manager secured a new umbrella in its place. There was never any hesitation to correct the problems and despite these two glitches it was an otherwise stellar customer experience, and I would not hesitate to order from DOT again! Convenient parking available on site.”

“A great place for a good price. Food is average and the atmosphere cold. Prices are in line although you would think they'd be a bit Cheaper since it is an add on to the furniture giant. Good to not have to search out other eating establishments while shopping.”
“Definitely the smallest Ikea in Canada if I'm wrong then I've been fooled it has been close to 20 years since I have visited this Ikea and I was blown away by how small it actually is compared to the other Ikea locations across Canada. Is going to be short on skews and is going to be shy of a full catalog. But if you know where to go and you know what you want it's quicker getting around to the marketplace since it is smaller to find what you're looking for if of course they have it in stock I would recommend checking their website for stock before venturing to Burlington Ikea if you know what you're looking for.”
