Frid+Russell is a fantastic company. Great prices. Great service. Great people. I have been a purchaser for close to 10 years and have dealt with 1000's of different supplier, big and small. Some have great prices, some have great service... Frid+Russell has it all. From the owner, to the sales folks, to the drivers - everyone is friendly and professional. Can't say enough good things about them.

FRID & Russell's service is beyond compare. They are excellent to work with, always helpful and their staff is so courteous. They beat out the big box stores every time with their professionalism and personal attention to detail. They service all 15 of our locations without issue. This is service at its best.

I use FRID + Russell for all of our office supplies and products. We started using them mid-Covid because we wanted to support a smaller business, rather than Staples or ULINE. I can say confidently they have exceeded expectations in every category, making it so I rarely (if ever) need to order from another place! Their prices are competitive, delivery surprises me by always coming ahead of schedule, staff is accommodating of every request, returns are easy, every product I have ordered has been correct and of high quality. I also like the reusable bin delivery for small items, no need to waste packaging. The only negative I would say is that their website is not very good ???? possibly one of the worst I have to use. No offence, I know good websites can be expensive and time consuming to build and maintain. It really speaks to how amazing they are, that I am willing to suffer through the website in order to do business with them - I will continue to do so!

I have always found every single member of the staff right from the delivery drivers to the office staff to be extremely helpful, courteous, and professional. If you are looking for a company that will work with you to find solutions, then look no further. Did I mention they are Canadian owned and operated.

I am transforming my home office into a classroom in preparation for teaching online this fall. I purchased two sit/stand tables from Frid and Russell and am very pleased with the products. Kirk provided me with outstanding support and he even came to my home to help assemble the desks with the driver. It was an absolute pleasure to deal with Kirk and to buy products from a local, Canadian company. Highly recommended!
