Always have good sales, but fewer stocks. Only one cashier is available, even on the busiest time. Their self check outs don't have sufficient space. Aisle is always full of pallets. Vet miss organized store.

My brother and I went to food basics for some snacks before the Buffalo Bills-Miami Dolphins game Thursday the 12th of September. What was supposed to be a quick 10 minute trip to the store, turned into a 30 minute shit show, only two workers/managers around were two 15 year olds, not sure if they run the store, or if they just are aloud to close by themselves, but was ridiculous, we grab our snacks, go to self checkout as no one was around and I had a gift card, I go to use it, the one slot lights up green and it says scan or Insert card, put the card in the slot, and never read it or anything, just took it and didn't give it back or use the money, so we asked the young ladies who were great, what can we do, they tried opening the machine, doing everything, but nothing could be done as no one of authority was in the whole grocery store, and I'm down 25 dollars plus another 18 I had to spend on the snacks. For the price of everything, you should have more then two 15 year olds in the store at all times, and you guys should fire whoever was supposed to be in charge as nothing was done, no one talked to us, they should be fired, makes your grocery store look like a joke, and your lucky those 15 year olds were there as they were so helpful and nice, should look at giving them supervisor roles instead of whoever was supposed to be there last night. Hopefully you guys can make this right somehow, but really don't see how, and if you do, I will take the review down, but until then, no, and no one should come here

The worst self checkout machine I have used.
The outside of the meat package was all bloody. how hard is it to wrap the meat properly so it doesn't leak.

This store is terrible, I'm so sick of giving them a chance, this was my last time here. The weekly sale items advertised in their flyer are NEVER in stock, it's like they purposely don't order these items or only order the minimum amount during sales. The following week when item is no longer on sale, it's the shelves are magically full again and there's tons of stock. At this point I've just switched to the fortinos across the street because it's more expensive but at least they have consistent stock of every item I need.

There meat section really has a lot to be desired.....Doing a lot better than the last manager of the store!

I've been to this location a few times and would love to do my weekly shopping here but the produce here is terrible. Honestly they should be ashamed of the quality of their produce that is for sale.
