Won’t shop here again. The customer service isn’t that great, tried returning something and instead of explaining they just argue with you. Make you jump through hoops to return an item.

i went in here looking for a new dress- i found a really nice one and as soon as i walked to the change room, a blonde employee who was working the change room decided to walk away from me, i continued to stand there for 5 minutes waiting for a change room and she was standing at the front desk on her phone. so unprofessional and rude to be honest. will never shop here again.

Awful experience. Went into the fitting room and immediately felt like they thought I was stealing. Over priced dresses and very cheap quality. Went to get something for a night out with my husband and was made extremely uncomfortable. Don’t advise to shop here. If I could give a zero star I would.

Very respectful behavior i got from every employee. Girls were working there with a big smile on their faces and were enjoying their work. On billing i was in hurry and may the cashier forgot to put my receipt in the bag. And when i was home i called the store told about my issue. It was Morgan who helped me to get my receipt. She texted it to me which made it more easy for me bcz i was so busy for whole week and wasn't able ro visit the store for getting a copy. She was really very helpful.. she talked to the manager for me. Also i really like the dress i got. So thankful to you guys. Thank you for helping morgan❤️

The girls that were here today especially Val and girl at the cash were so helpful. Even though you were super busy Val helped us get some other sizes in dresses for my daughters grad and she did it happily and helpful even though you were crazy busy. It was nice to be in store where the staff care about the customers. We got down to 2 dresses and Val helped my daughter decide on a beautiful long colbalt blue dress.. I appreciate the fact we did not feel rushed as I normally don’t shop on Saturday as it’s busy.. We have always bought our dresses from your store and this is why we keep coming back..thanks ladies for your help

Hands down the nicest workers I've ever had, came in and needed a dress in a hurry and both the girls working were so amazing and friendly. The next day came back to show a friend how amazing the selection was and had two other amazing people.The dress I got was amazing quality and a great price. Definitely get there if you need a new outfit for any occasion!

Walked into Grace + Envy, and was immediately greeted by a lovely salesperson Sarah.She asked me if I was looking for anything in particular. I said I was looking at a Motto jacket. She found exactly what I had in mind. I tried it on, and purchased it.Sarah mentioned that the store was from Halifax and that they carried lots of brands from all over.I feel like this store carries everything I want, and more. Will definitely be my new go to.
