Shoutout to Karan for all his assistance in helping me buy an Edible Arrangements birthday bouquet for my mom's birthday! ? He took the time to guide me on options, helped me on the card message, and assured me it would be delivered on time. He also encouraged me to check in day of to get an accurate ETA. I ordered a platter today for my aunt. The gentleman (Karan in Burlington) on the phone was most helpful & suggested the platter instead of an arrangement. I’m sure it will be very fresh &delicious as I’ve ordered from this location before. I highly recommend the Burlington store if you are hesitant…speak to them & they will offer you the perfect solution for your need.

I don't understand how this business is still around. It's basically a scam. I ordered the strawberry Valentines day platter and for $100 this was a joke. They "platter" is a cheap dollar store plastic container. Half of the strawberries weren't even dipped. The ones that were, tasted stale. It was a rip off, will never get anything from here again. Waste of money.

I got a choc dipped fruit tray sent as a birthday gift all the fruit was unripe too hard to eat half dipped half not honeydew melon hard as a rock cantaloupe was the same crunchie strawberries only good thing was the pineapple what a disappointment

I was really impressed with their service. Living outside of Canada, I wanted to send a gift to a family member. I tried to make the order online but kept facing too many issues. After reaching out to this Burlington store by phone, I was able to quickly and efficiently make the order. The service was great. The manager Karan was very accommodating and supportive working with me to figure out the best way to get the order going.
