Found this store when I was casually browsing while traveling. This store offered the best and most honest customer service that I have ever received. You should be proud of your staff. They were so helpful and willing to give constructive feedback and look for alternative options. There is a great selection of quality feminine clothing. I wish I could just pop in whenever I needed but it’s on the far side of the country. Hopefully I can get back there again.

2 stars only for clothes that are nice. But staff are not so nice, I would say arrogant and rude. Every time I went into the store I felt unwanted and uncomfortable so I just stopped visiting this store at all.

I have to say this store is absolutely fabulous as are the woman that work there.I had to grab something very last minute for my daughter's graduation and Heather knowing I was pressed for time offered to pull some pieces and text me pictures so I could just run in and do a quick try on. Joanna helped look for more options while I was in the change room, I feel she gave me honest feed back about what I was trying on.I ended up buying something to wear at the graduation ceremony as well as a little black number to take on vacation. Words can not express how grateful I am to the ladies at this store and the lengths they went to help me. This is customer service that has gone above and beyond. Honestly though I know this is just what they do.Again Thank you ever so much!!!!

So rude. I’m in customer service and have been for 15 years and I never do this, but I had to in this case.
I came back to return a Christmas gift, returned it 3 months later because I had a terrible COVID experience during Christmas and after and I live in Toronto. The response I got was “well that was 3 months ago so…” ya. I had COVID. It wasn’t a short experience, which I said. They didn’t seem to care. I only wanted a store credit (which I didn’t even complain that the sweater was bought for $109 but they only gave me a $32 sale price store credit), and the store credit wasn’t a problem but they kept trying to convince me to re-gift it or maybe try it on again. As if I don’t know what I want. I left in tears. Going through COVID was enough of an stresser, but having someone downplay it with that cavalier attitude was unbelievable. Try just a little bit of empathy. I will never be back and I will make sure everyone I know will not either.
*Since I can’t reply. My complaint is about your customer service, lack of empathy, the way your staff treated and dismissed me, not the price or the inventory. I understand and was content with the sale price and I understand how small businesses work and the restraints, as someone who owns one herself so it is not the source of my complaint.
