Great selection of high quality goods. One thing that really irks me is that there is no map of where things are located. I had to go through the entire food section to find the items on my wife's list. Fortunately the employees are helpful.

Burlington Costco is the best overall Costco experience in the GTA by far. At most other Costco in Toronto people act like animals, but Burlington has a good atmosphere and the customers seem pleasant to be here. Since everything else about the Costco experience is identical all I can really say is that the customers at Burlington are just better and that makes the whole experience better.

Usual Costco. People are running inside like a Free grocery distribution center. But all the products are so expensive than regular stores. Also Costco sells Kirkland own brands. Not the best quality like some name brands. Only convenient is bulk packaging and some discounts. But in their food court hot dogs are so cheap and very tasty. Also most of the food are very reasonable prices.

Thanks to the store manager, now cyclists have their safe bike rack in front of the entrance. It is a well built beautiful bike rack, I really like its cement floor which will be very useful in the winter. Many thanks to the manager and employees who were involved in building this nice bike rack!

They're filled up all kind off the toilets paper and tower now with no limit, everything back to normal now, lots of households stuff I don't think we'll shortage again, they're hiring people, but you have to apply online, even you already dropped your resume, Christmas stuff already filled up. Had a very bad experience today at this Costco instead of enjoying some nice German Chocolate JOJO… Very racist… why do the person work in such environment if they are not happy with the multicultural environment… The lady at the JOJO brand CHOCOLATE chip booth was showcasing racism feelings instead of the chocolate made from Germany… Costco and the brand should find someone who can help to increase their sales rather than colour based words…!!Apart from this bad experience in this, I feel like Costco is overall good…!! Can’t avoid such biased people…!!

Really can't stand going here. The pricing used to be good enough to put up with the awful experience, but that advantage is now virtually gone. All you get are the crowds, the ridiculous lines to check out, now even worse with only two checkouts working so that you can check yourself out. Let me know when you want the customers to unload the trucks as well. And as always, the insulting time wasting tradition of having your bill and cart eyeballed by security on the way out like you're leaving a prison. I'm done.

I’m going to be purchasing a membership but was extremely disappointed with the Mild Italian Sausages my sister purchased for me. The flavour was beautiful. It said mild and it was and I loved the fennel flavour. However, there was so much gristle in two of the sausages. It was a turn off not to mention a waste. Don’t tell me your products are going to play the hit and miss game. I stopped buying Longos Italian Sausages for this very same reason. What is the purpose of putting gristle in a perfectly good sausage?Susan

First time being a member with Costco and so far I have to be honest and say that I am not that impressed. Firstly, when I went to pick up my membership cards, their printer was not working, so we had to come back again. A few days later, we came back, got our membership cards and then we went around the store, decided to buy some items and when we got to checkout, the lady working at checkout started to make fun at us because we only had 3 items and she was like "this is Costco, you can't just have 3 items, what are you doing here, you need to buy more stuff", like since when does it matter what quantity of stuff you buy?? Then this lady started to push us to apply for the credit card which we told her multiple times we were not interested. After this experience, I am not sure if I want to continue to be a Costco member because I expected a lot better than this. The only thing I liked and why this review has two stars is that the store was well stocked and very clean. Other than that, please do better like not make fun of your customers who can't afford to buy 50 items from you.

Costco recently replaced their cart return corrals and someone didn't use their brain when they designed them. The old corrals had concrete bollards and metal rails and were strong and sturdy. The new corrals are made of 2 metal chains. The problem is, the cart buggy easily fits between the chains, which means the carts can very easily hit your car. I've shopped here for 20 years and never had a problem. On my first visit after the corral "improvement", I now have a big dent and scrathes on the side of my car.Why did you even replace them? You need to fix this problem ASAP!!

Picked up Sept 8 /23 @ 3:00pm First and last time purchasing rotisserie chicken at this location as the back of the chicken was completely raw. Very disappointed and would like to see if the employee who cooked this chicken would eat it ?Frustrating after spending your hard earned money for this garbage and incompetent service.This service and product does not deserve any stars unfortunately it won’t let me post without selecting at least 1 star when it deserves nothing.

I’ve been coming to this Costco for years ! I’ve seen a dramatic decline in the Costco experience.It’s very unorganized and the staff are so over worked! The staff have become stressed out and not happy .Store too small for the volumes.The tire centre, never anyone at the counter. Expect long waits !Optical centre , very unorganized system! Please have a designated pick area!Customer service returns . Very unhappy staff , don’t expect them to rush , long waits.Food court. Wow staff so over worked, it’s embarrassing to watch them work ! Such a bad system! Crowds huddle blocking the flow of traffic waiting for food pick up. Not enough tables .Fresh produce is often bad when you get it home .Why did they cancel the photo centre?I try and avoid this store and shop at other locations.Overall Costco now feelsLike Walmart! ?
