“Wonderful experience at Apple today dealing with the Genius Bar. Walked in without an appointment to assess what was wrong with my old MacBook Air, and the team there was super friendly and helpful. Huge shoutout to Nancy, the Genius Bar tech who was helping me. She was super kind and very easy to talk to. She explained everything really well, and answered all of my questions. I really appreciated her input on the new MacBook Airs, and I am happily writing this review from one. I am so grateful for the patience and effort that went into servicing my old laptop in efforts to diagnose the problem. The whole team was wonderful, and very customer friendly. 11/10!”
