When you enter, there's no white tabs to write your code number on. There are no pencils there also they're at the second last aisle both the pencils and the tabs and when I asked now I have to go back to the beginning and start all over again. The man said we're trying to discourage writing tabs on your purchases.
So that means you have to trust them to bring in the right thing because as you watch them you can see if they made a mistake which he did twice. If I hadn't have found tabs and written them all up for an accessible person coming in at the front and then having to go to the other side of the store just to get a tab and a pencil is very inconvenient and the two gentlemen at the front could have cared less. All they would do was standing up there and singing songs to the tunes on the radio

The worker Paxton was exceptionally helpful to me and quite handsome too. He answered all my questions with detail and kindness. I loved my experience here and I WILL be back to see him again.

I am gobsmacked at how awful my experience was at this store, compared to the one in north Burlington. While I waited for two employees to stop arguing in the cereal aisle so I could ask them a question, they stormed into the back room and the door slammed behind them. They were arguing about "corporate cart policy" IN FRONT OF ME. I was right there in the aisle with them!! I finally found the second item I was looking for. I had a question but there were no employees on the floor and the cashier had one customer. I decided to buy the ingredient. When I went up to the front of the store the cashier had disappeared. I left. I will never go to this store again. The one in North Burlington is wonderful.
