Love Bone & Biscuit, they are so friendly and helpful, we used to get all of our products from various places and now we get everything from here. They are greatly priced and have an amazing range of high quality products, thank you Erica, Sandra & Tanya, you're all amazing! :)

I live right near Bone Biscuit. Willow and I love the store and the staff ❤️ We stop in for treats, food and her bones! We love going to the store! Staff even helped Willow get over her quirky fears!

I absolutely love Bone & Biscuit - it's our go-to pet store. We buy our raw dog food from them every two weeks, and it's always a pleasure interacting with Erica or Tanya. They are both incredibly kind and helpful, and they always recognize me when I come in. As soon as they see me, they immediately go to the back of the freezer to get the bulk box we need.
The store's selection is unique, offering high-quality treats and accessories for animals. Their customer service provides a wonderful small-town feel, yet they still have plenty of purchase options.
I highly recommend Bone & Biscuit to anyone looking for excellent customer service and a great variety of pet products.

It was my first time visiting the store and Tanya was beyond helpful and kind. She spent so much time explaining the varying brands available - she was very knowledgeable. Overall great experience and amazing products!

We fell in love with this dog toy that our friend had. It was a cow that had a squeaker that made an oinking sound. She let us know that it was from Bone and Biscuit. I don't see a lot of these around the city but they seem to have more in the west end. This store was impeccably clean and well organized. The lady saw us admiring the cow toy and let us know that it also came in a sheep as well.They have an extensive selection of premium dog food in dry, wet, and raw food forms! Almost the entire back of the store is a refrigerated case. There are prepared foods that are cooked and uncooked ones. They had bags of just individual parts so you can mix and match, like quail eggs and chicken feet. Everything looked really clean, moreso than most grocery stores lol. They also have a case of really nicely iced baked goods. Some are birthday and some are just for the season. There were summer ones including really cute squirrels and crabs, almost like the really nice iced cookies you see at Starbucks! They also had other doggy party supplies like hats, bandanas, and bow ties with cute prints.

First review I’ve ever written. My dog has had really severe itching and skin issues for the past 1.5 years. The two different vets I’ve been to countless times haven’t done much. As a first time costumer, Tanya was extremely helpful and showed me many different food options for my dog at different price points. She also included probiotic recommendations, and gave me references to take home. She was amazing and gave me some hope for my dog. Thank you so much Tanya!!
