The store itself is fine and so are the staff. My problem is that Boathouse changed their uni hoodies to a much lower quality company and kept the price the same. They are now cheap and thin. Very disappointed

We spent 3 hours in 8 stores at the Mapleview Mall today . Winner by a unanimous decision for the worst customer service goes to the Boathouse!!!
