I finally pulled the trigger and purchased my Traeger Timberline 850 from Barbecues Galore in Burlington. Always impressed with the customer service and knowledge. I added their Barbecue Butler delivery and assembly service. My Traeger arrived right on time as outlined in an email I received the day before which made it very convenient. I was greeted by Austin and Ewan to place my Traeger on my patio and give me a run down on the operation. Very professional and courteous with great product knowledge. I am never disappointed with a purchase from Barbecues Galore and highly recommend this team. Check out their great options for pellet, chunk charcoal and all the great rubs, spices and sauces, oh, and of course, their huge selection of all the toys for your backyard oasis!

Very happy with the service I just received at the Burlington store, Nicole greeted me promptly without “jumping” at me. She steered me through the process of a warranty issue with Napoleon, and was also able to provide some other parts that were needed. I had gone to another competitor in Hamilton a day before to ASK about the warranty issue, but they did not wish to help me because I had not bought the BBQ from them. I was simply looking for information, and Nicole went over and above to help me with the issue!

Could not be happier with the service and knowledge of the staff. Very polite to deal with, and who did not pressure us in any way.
A special thanks to Assistant Manager - Andy Thorp who made extra efforts to get the exact grill we wanted and at a great price.
Will definitely be going back for everything BBQ related.

I purchased a bbq a few years back and had the worst experience after setting it up.
The unit grates slide all over the place the things constantly kept breaking on the bbq. So far I’ve replaced
Temperature gauge
Left side shelf x2
Right side handle x2
Igniter
Wiring harness
Grill grates.
I called barbecues galore after it was all set up and I was told there is nothing they can do because it’s been over a month since I purchased it. We bought the bbq and dropped it off at the house we were renovating as well as many other things. So unfortunately I didn’t open the bbq until it was too late and these people didn’t wanna help at all. Took my $3000 no problem but when it came to true customer service they were nowhere to be found. Was told it’s an issue that only the manufacturer can handle but the manufacturer said the opposite.
Maybe you’ll have a different experience.

Steve from Barbecues Galore did a fantastic job hooking up my barbecue - so pleasant & knowledgeable with lots of info to ensure that my barbecue would work properly & some trouble shooting tips if any issues. I purchased my barbecue online but if I need a new one in the future I would certainly purchase from Barbecues Galore - the service is outstanding - tks Steve!

Two stars because this store has great products BUT based on my experience, that’s as far as it goes. Unfortunately they’re a little outdated when it comes to providing customer service to demographics they don’t consider to have the same buying power as others. As I looked at high end smokers, with zero help/interaction, an older gentlemen looking at bbq brushes was very quickly and kindly serviced. They’ll do fine even with this review however if you detest inequality in service, quite possibly due to your appearance, I’d look elsewhere.

A great experience from start to finish. Tim in the Burlington store took the time to ensure I bought the right bbq for my needs. Installation was great and the service reps made sure we understood the warranty and how to prepare the product for use. Very very happy customer!

They were very accommodating staff and management. I had a few questions during my visit, especially about assembling the BBQ. Especially impressive was the warehouse staff that helped load the box. They made it easy and were fun to deal with. Thank you.

I can not recommend this business enough. Rarely do you find a business so completely focused on customer service. From multiple staff, I have always been directed to the best product, or to an equivalent on sale or even to another product they don't carry simply because they are so focused on your needs first, selling second. Its refreshing and worth supporting in a local business. Great selection of BBQs, accessories, charcoal and above all, a no pressure willingness to fill your needs even at the expense of a sale. Old school business approach, customer service excellence, and overall knowledge in the BBQ space makes this worth visiting and patronizing. I go out of my way to shop here simply because of the value, excellence and culture among staff. Love these guys.

Whenever I have questions or concerns, the staff at Barbecues Galore have immediately assisted! Along with a great selection of EVERYTHING at all different price points, it is no wonder why they are my one stop shop. Don’t sleep on the weekly deals!
