Had a great experience they fixed my car fast and efficient!!! They even vacuumed my car as it had more French fries and crumbs from my kid then I'd like to admit. Was a lovely surprise would recommend to everyone!!

Our CRV was rear-ended and Russ of Assured Automotive did an excellent job repairing our vehicle in a very timely manner. Kayleigh, the office secretary, was very competent and pleasant to deal with. We are very satisfied with the quality of the work and would highly recommend this location.

Would not go here if last place to take my car the management has a chip on his shoulder he treats their employees badly and never recognize hard work. Their office staff are rude and have zero customer service. Do not recommend……

Great support and service while our van got repaired. New door and paint blending was excellent. While never fast enough assured was both fast and kept us informed so we knew what stage the repairs were at and when it would be done. Worked directly with insurance so no hassle.

Had a recent accident, my car was hit from behind and then I hit someone in front of me and they hit the car in front of them. Damage to front & back of my beloved Beemer. Assured was the repair shop that fixed my car and all I can say is they did an amazing job. From the moment I first walked in Kim was so helpful and walked me through whole process. Estimate was quickly approved by my Insurance company, parts were also promptly ordered and car was back to new in less than 10 days. Thank you Ron, Liam and Kim for the great service and for the awesome repair!

My encounter with Assured turned sour when I discovered a scratch on my car's passenger side door after repairs, despite it being pristine upon drop-off. The manager denied responsibility, claiming the scratch was pre-existing, despite earlier checks. After much frustration, a split cost agreement was reached, but the estimated repair cost of $1500 was unjustified. This experience reflects poorly on Assured's integrity and professionalism, urging caution to potential customers.

From the moment I walked in, it really felt like I was a disruption to their day. Borderline rude as they peppered questions about claim #s and appointments. Then stated, "you are free to take your business elsewhere if you don't like how we do things". It was a great reminder, but not a necessary prompt. I have a feeling they are very used to people taking their business elsewhere.Was referred by Halton Honda, but will have to follow up with them on this poor recommendation.Something really sketchy and depressing about this place. Almost feel sorry for how miserable the front line staff seems to be there.
