So the food here is great. I love that they have a soy burrito and they're never stingy with the cheese, but the service is abysmal. Twice I tried calling ahead so I could come and pick-up my order and they didn't start making it until after I arrived, even though they weren't busy. I've also never had my food made the way I ordered it (put beans when I said no beans, made it mild instead of hot, forgot the corn, etc.). I kept trying, because I knew I would love the food if it was made the way I ordered, but after 10+ times I give up. Staff needs to work on making sure they're making the orders right and then I'll consider trying again.

For what this place is.. a fast food joint with reasonable prices.. burrito boys is a staple of toronto that continues to satisfy! This location meets all the standards that had made their toronto locations great. For something different.. Try their calamari and order a bag of chips.. upgrade side dips for 50c to guacamole.. so pay an additional dollar for 2 quac dips.. I promise it's worth it.

The naked burrito is the way to go. Usually shrimp. Sometimes calamari. Get it loaded and spicy. They have super fresh toppings and a great online ordering system. They also have a great selection of pop. What more do you need? Try them out you won't be disappointed.

This is a good place for a burrito it's big and tasty. Extra charge for guacamole. But waited 20min both times I have visited.
