In addition to a permanent collection and rotation art installations, AGB is also a thriving place for makers. Classes are offered year-round for varying disciplines, ages, and experience levels. Multiple guilds are based out of the gallery for those looking to find community and further their craft. The gallery is wheelchair accessible and is a great place to visit.

Huge shout out to all of the volunteers and staff. We had an incredible experience and really enjoyed our time because of the passion and helpfulness of everyone we met. The space is welcoming and interesting. We loved the small atrium with the plants for sale, and the fun and unique Canadian ceramics - the largest collection in the world! Can't wait to see the rest of the collection one day. Awesome gift shop as well. Thanks for a fun afternoon. Please donate when you visit.

A jewel that is free admission. After a walk through this amazing medium smallish gallery, I invariably end up feeling creatively inspired after I spend time here. The little green house conservatory is a fantastic alternative to RBG.

We had a wonderful experience visiting the first time at this public art gallery in the city of Burlington. We went there on Saturday, it wasn't that busy. We explored the local artists art work, then saw indigenous crafts. There are a lot of porcelain hand-made beautiful showpieces representing different cultures and times. You will also see a small arboretum at the center of this complex. You can buy or rent different paintings here. You can bring your kids as there is a lot to learn. They also have free coffee at the entrance. I would definitely recommend this place.

This was my third visit to the Burlington Art Gallery & I love it. There is such a variety of different mediums & styles to immerse yourself in. The gift shop is a pristine art gallery of its own & also worth a visit even if it is just to explore more beautiful works made by local artists. It is free of charge to visit. You can donate if you would like & they do have a number of classes you can register for for both kids & adults should you wish to develop your own inner artist.
We also enjoyed the free art supplies area & found it quite thoughtful for the gallery to let visitors take unneeded art supplies home.

We saw a sculpture of an amazing giant cow, holding a farmer. And we did some art.

Amazing experience at the art gallery, the staff was friendly and the variety of pieces led to such a fun and endearing atmosphere. The greenhouse was our favorite part, as it was very beautiful and such a nice place to sit and relax for a few minutes. The store was also amazing as it was great to see them showcasing local artists from Burlington and Canada.100% recommend it to anyone in the area to even just check out for a bit.

Lovely little art gallery, they have provided pottery classes which I attended years ago which was very enjoyable. Went recently for a craft show and it was a pleasure to visit again. The staff was friendly and helpful, will go back more often.

We held our wedding reception at the AGB, the staff and venue were exceptional. They exceeded our expectations and were so thoughtful and deliberate about ensuring our day was special. Both Anji and Pietro were incredible to work with and so flexible.

We took our two-year-old grandson here on a grey Friday morning. What a welcoming place it is. David Currey in the woodworking room gave us a demo and made up a dragonfly fly as a gift that delighted our grandson. Lots to see, reasonable parking fee, no entrance fee.
