The Pharmacy at Walmart Burlington North (store#3170), is clean, and well lit. The staff is friendly and helpful, but I would highly recommend dealing with Neven, a pharmacist. I spoke to her regarding a medication change recommended by my Doctor. She explained things clearly, and was very patient with me. She printed out the paperwork explaining the new drug. I felt very satisfied with her explanation, and even my physician was impressed with the information I was given. She answered all my questions, and did not hurry me along. Wonderful, caring service! Information is valuable, and I will continue to use Neven, and others at this Pharmacy in the future. Our household has used this Pharmacy for about 7 years and we will continue to use their expertise and great service in the future!

Very poor customer service. They don’t know how to communicate, they waste your time, they don’t know how to use a phone and call someone. Instead you’re forced to keep calling them and going in. They tell you the medication will be ready today. You show up and wait 15min in line for them to say “oh sorry you’ll have to come back tomorrow we don’t have it today”. You then show up again the following day and they say “oh sorry it’s still not in you have to come back after the weekend”. Poor communication.

The amazing Pharmacist Vesna and Sylvia have been always so caring towards my family over the past many years. They are quick to accommodate my requests and help me to understand my medications when I have concerns. The team is friendly to everyone who come into their pharmacy. I appreciate the amazing customer service this small pharmacy provides.

We visited this pharmacy close to closing time when Tracy and Vesna were working and we had a fantastic experience. We had been prescribed antibiotics for our daughter and wanted to be sure to get it in-hand quickly. Since it was our first time visiting, we needed to submit coverage information and for some reason the numbers on our plan card were different on the card vs. The app and website, etc. I didn’t want to bother them and so mentioned that we would just pay so we didn’t wasted time but instead, both ladies were so accommodating and nice about the situation. Tracy did not give up and kept trying. They were so compassionate and understanding and truly made our night. Thank you ladies!

I recently visited that pharmacy for some medicines which were prescribed by the Walkin clinic. Some of the medicines were not covered by Trillium so I went back to the doctor to prescribe an alternative which he did. During this whole back and forth activity, the pharmacy staff was very helpful and even it was their closing time, they made sure I have proper medication for the kids. I will recommend this pharmacy to everyone. Staff is excellent.

I requested a call when the prescription was filled in, each time they said it will be entered in your file...no call. All I expect was a call to confirm it was ready for pickup as I don't know when the doctor sent it in and when it will be ready for pick up. Every time it is a flip flop answer when I say I didn't get a call. Time to move on.
