This place is a disgrace to the 7 Eleven brand.
There is never any hot food available, the slushie machines spray juice all over your face because they are broken, the store is always disgusting and kept in horrible condition.
How could 7 Eleven tolerate this? Japanese companies are supposed to run their establishments with pride but this 7 Eleven is an embarrassment.

We only come to this store because of Kaitlin now! Kaitlin is a shining example of how a hard working employee should be. She's helpful, friendly, knowledgeable, multitasking, quick and has a ton of personality. 711 should recognize her leadership skills and should be a manager. As a business owner, I hope this reaches store owner , district manager and 711 office canada. Kaitlin IS management material.

Hey 7-Eleven Canada, either keep your Slurpee machines operating properly or switch brands. US locations use much more reliable machines than Taylor. All 8 flavors were wet. No way they're properly frozen or will stand up above the top of the cups like in photos

Let me start by saying I've been shopping here for 4 years without issue.
About 2 weeks ago I tried the pizza. Loved it.
I've been in 6 separate times since then, twice on each day i went, at different times in the day.
No pizza.
I come here because I don't have the time to wait.
The pizza is a lie.

I am giving this a 1 star, because I can not give it lower . A a former employee, who has been ROBBED several times while at work, it's absolutely scary, and disgusting, that you'd make night employees work ALONE, nevermind a young woman. WHAT IS WRONG WITH YOU 7-11!!!

I come here every evening. This boy is alone. This store is very busy at night. It needs another boy. He does a lot of delivery orders alone and he takes care of the customers. Please help him. The manager should give him a manager for 6 hours at night.

Found your employee asleep in the back...who knows for how long.Knocked on the door twice...had to open door and shout at him.No explanation or apology.Concerning for 6am on a Saturday!!!Also for a Saturday morning no hot food.Everything was empty.

Why is there never any foods made. Ever?Whole section for pizza,meatballs and wings and fingers. Nothing ever.The taqitos( spelt right ?) are always looking really dry..and the hotdogs look like leather with oil squirted on them ever 3 hours.This is every time I go in. Never fails.

Just ordered here from skip and they messed up everything about the order, all the food was cold and stale. I would not recommend getting food from there. Very disappointing :(
