Arrived today to exchange a 20 lb propane cylinder tank, previously exchanged at this station in the spring.The surly staff member quickly looked at the tank and stated that it was expired put it on the ground and walked away. The tank clearly had a new stamp of 08/21 on it.I traveled out of my way to Brantford to another station and exchange the cylinder with no problems. The staff member there confirmed that the new stamp of '08/21 is correct.Needless to say I won't be using this Esso station.

Nice gas here.I like you! We wash our cars here, and fill up here whenever we are going to church, and are low on gas. Esso is our #1 go to when we need gas.Nice recent update!

This is my favourite local gas station. This is a family run business with deep roots in the community. Even if the price is slightly higher, I always get my gas here! Support local families, even when going to the pump.

Brant County is a Covid red zone and nobody at this gas station is wearing masks. And because their pumps are ancient, you cannot pay at the pump and have to step into a tiny kiosk with their maskless employee to pay. Completely unacceptable and I will be reporting this to the Brant County Health Unit as well as Esso.

I often use this gas station because of the excellent customer service and it's location. Highly recommend if you're ever in Burford.

I don't recommend the car wash. It left scratches on our truck. Other than that, it is a good place to get gas.
