“We had such an amazing experience with Natalie and her team. We renovated our main floor and utilized Renovare for our bathroom and for the kitchen. Natalie from the get go was such a huge help and found us such gorgeous pieces (backsplash, island, powder room sink slab). When it came time to install, the team was UNBELIEVABLE! I highly recommend renovare. they are experts in this industry and they really care about each project.”
“This review is specifically for the employee named Justice. I’m not sure which department he is from but he went above and beyond to help us out recently. We went in to purchase 30-40 bags of garden soil and were made aware that the brand we wanted was not available in the garden centre at that time but there was a skid or two of it outside of the lumber / contractor area doors. The garden centre employee walked us down to the lumber area and passed us over to another employee (not sure of his name) and he walked outside with us, verified the product we wanted and then walked away. Justice happened to be nearby and asked if anyone was helping us. I told him there was someone but they seem to have disappeared. My husband went to get our vehicle to back it up to the skid for easier loading and Justice let us know he would help us load it up. He mentioned it wasn’t his department and there should be 3 employees from the seasonal/gardening department that could help us out but he was happy to help us. Thank you, Justice for looking after us even though it wasn’t your department. We really appreciate your excellent customer service!!”
“Bought some paint from here a few days ago with a friend. Had a wonderful experience with Gia (I think thats how you spell her name), she helped me narrow down what colours worked well together and was incredibly knowledgeable on different types of paint. More than anything she was kind and fun to talk with. 10/10 experience, Gia is the goat.”
