I went to the mobile shop, to ask what my options were, after dropping my phone, thinking I had cracked my screen, knowing that I didn't have any phone protection. I had just purchased the phone in January 2024. Turns out it was just the screen protector! (Always get the screen protector!) Brenden removed the cracked screen and replaced it for me, (at no charge). What amazing service! I'm so glad that I have somewhere local to go, and ask for help.

Been buying phones from Lori since the days of Blackberry. Haven't had much experience with the mobileshop, but since they're one of the last cell phone shops in town I figured I'd give it a try. The gentlemen who I spoke with didn't get out of his seat, didnt look away from his tablet and put absolutely no effort into actually trying to sell me a phone. When I inquired as to which phones were available on my network I was met with shrug and the answer "like all the normal Samsung galaxies and the latest iPhone".
What is a "normal" Samsung and what is the latest iPhone? Excuse my ignorance, but if I wanted to scroll through phones on a tablet I'll do it at home and order online. The stores functionality seems obsolete if they aren't gonna actually sell people a phone, I don't need a liaison to show me my own carriers website.

Phone still under warranty, told they can't do anything about it. I should have paid for extended warranty flip4 not opening and now screen issues
