Great service . From the store salesman and delivery time. We made a deal . They honored it , and even after I got home , measured the room and made a change to what side the chaise for my new couch would be they sorted the issue and delivered it on time

Great work on delivery from the Brick in Brockville. The delivery guys were friendly, and very efficient. The app that they used to track the delivery is one of the best that I have seen out there. It was accurate, and informative. I would 100% used the Brick and their delivery service again. It made a huge difference !

I bought a Hisense 75" QLED Mini LED 4K UHD HDR10+ Dolby Vision 144Hz Google Smart TV (75U78N) on the weekend. Brick salesperson Shelley helped me make the best decision possible considering what my budget was and the quality I wanted. Brilliant choice. Steve and Andrew delivered my TV with absolute professionalism. They mounted my TV on my existing wall mount - turned it on and WOW WOW WOW. I cannot praise the team enough and my new Hisense clearly makes good sense.

This location is always great to deal with. Recently got some bedroom furniture and upon unboxing, one of the pieces was damaged. It was immediately brought to the correct people’s attention by our amazing sales lady, Shelley, and within a day the new one was in store and ready for pick up when they took the damaged one back.
The atmosphere in the store is always great, and Shelley, and any of the other staff that I’ve dealt with over the years have always been knowledgeable and pleasant to deal with. Well done.

Hello, I have to admit that we’ve had a poor experience with The Brick in Brockville. We purchased a stove recently, and the control knob won’t turn off. We’re concerned this could indicate a short in the wiring and potentially other issues with the stove.
We reported the issue within The Brick's 72-Hour Satisfaction Guarantee window and were told it was a warranty issue, so we had to deal directly with Frigidaire. Unfortunately, Frigidaire is extremely busy and can't send a technician for over a month.
The manager we spoke to was polite, and The Brick refunded a small amount to my credit card after I debated we be compensated for the hassle. However, after spending hours trying to resolve this, I wish I had insisted on a new stove from the start. The process has been frustrating and exhausting.
The Brick is one of Canada’s largest furniture and appliance retailers, I expected much better service from a company of this size and reputation.

The Brick had several mattresses to choose from and were more.than accommodating when we selected our choice and voiced an interest in an appliance purchase as well. Again, very friendly and thorough when .asking an inquiry of any kind. Excellent service from the showroom to the delivery guys. Will definitely return.

The team at the Brick in Brockville have been champions for my needs. We dealt with Brenden for several purchases and he has always provided thorough product knowledge and a can do attitude to any challenges I presented. The service and delivery team are equally great to deal with. The Brick has good prices and products, but so do other stores. The service provided at the Brockville location is what sets them apart. Congratulations to the management at The Brick, you have put together a fabulous team.

Do not buy a fridge from these people, they sold me a new Hisense fridge with extended warranty, it lasted less than a month. I called them and was told, pretty much they don't care about customers, only getting the sale, no help from them at all, not even contact info for Hisense. My attempts to contact Hisense Canada still waiting for them to send me an email to start the repair process, over 24 hours now...... I'm giving them 1 star because it won't let me post unless I do. Horrible store...
