A bank that is unable to open a bank account. I took time off during the work day as the bank isn't open early, evenings or weekends. Arrived to hear that due to a system issue, new accounts could not currently be opened and there was nothing I could fill out to prevent having to back in again during the work day

You need to either service your ATMs or replace them. I have never made a deposit that I didn’t have to use more than one machine to complete.

Horrible hours for people who work, Monthly fees are outrageous, can't access mobile banking because card expired and no new one sent. Will be going back to Royal Bank
