My family and I initially enjoyed shopping at the Salvation Army Thrift Store, finding treasures and engaging with friendly staff. However, a recent encounter left us disheartened. I purchased a pair of pants sized 34, but trying them on at home, they turned out to be much smaller. Upon returning to the store, I was met with inflexible policies and unhelpful attitudes.Despite my attempts to resolve the issue with the manager, Alan, I was repeatedly told that no refunds or exchanges were possible. Even the friendly employee who initially offered to help was overruled. Alan's lack of empathy and customer service skills left a sour taste in our mouths. My effort to engage him in a friendly and constructive way was met with indifference: Alan stood determined to prove me wrong.While we appreciate the store's mission, this experience has made us hesitant to return. It's disheartening to encounter such rigid policies and dismissive attitudes, especially in an organization that espouses Christian values. We hope that the management reconsiders its approach to customer service to prevent others from experiencing similar frustrations.

Attended the store today and what a wonderful delight!Prices were amazing quality of goods were fantastic and everybody who worked there was so pleasant to speak to.I will be back again next time I'm back in town.

2 floors of bargains… no taxes.My favorite spot to hunt for treasures and they always have one category of good on 50% off everyday of the week.Spacious and clean. Tidy

The store is well organized and well maintained, clean. The staff are friendly and helpful. You should sanitize your hands and masks are still mandatory. Social distancing can be a problem so be careful. There is NO contact tracing, so buyer beware!

Looks small but is actually packed with clothing. Also has a basement filled with stuff. Very helter skelter though. The price are very cheap.

I love the Sally Ann.I go2 or 3 times a month.I buy things 4 my apt.I'd say I average $20-$25 per visit. I would have rated 5 stars, but I was disappointed to find out that they have a club card,that with 10 purchases of $10 you receive $10 of merchandise free.Was upset my friends and I weren't offered this opportunity. Otherwise love 2 shop there and the staff is great.and I now have my card.TY
