My partner wanted to add my phone and his iPad to his existing rogers account. Olivia was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly. In addition, the other staff helped speed up the process so we could be in and out as fast as possible. We got a brand new iPhone 16 and a eSIM for the iPad. Overall great and efficient service with a smile. Would highly recommend this Roger’s store for all your phone needs.

I was at the store a month ago and the store manager helped me and also another store associate. I can't say enough about how wonderful this team was! I was so impressed with their professionalism and customer service. Simply amazing!

Not the best store or service. The manager there was very loud talking to other clients and a bit rude not too much she thought she was funny but she is a manager not there to make jokes. The kids working there could not help with my issues I think I will stay will bell just due to that store to be honest. Looking to upgrade from a s22 ultra to a s24 ultra but now I am thinking not

I couldn't have asked for better service!!!! What an amazing group to deal with. Never had so much fun when buying a new phone. Cannot say enough good. They tried to make sure we got the best deals and we walked out happy. :)

We came to the Rogers store a bit nervous about upgrading our iPhone. We were instantly put at ease by the amazing Shelby and her wonderful coworker Erin. Within minutes we had our old phone data transferring to our new phone. The entire process was seamless and very enjoyable. Highly recommend the Brockville Rogers for all of your iPhone needs!

I am a client of Rogers for 20+ years and didn't miss one single bill, ever. I have asked them to try to help me out with roaming/data for 5 weeks in Europe and I need to be in contact with home by phone, everywhere and everytime. They can't accommodate, not even with 1 cent less of $15 / day. Not even trying. My loyalty as a customer and good payer means zero to them. That's what power does. They step on every little customer with no regret. I assume that Rogers is very proud of being one of the most expensive providers on this earth and they don't even try to make a compromise, at least. It is not on their daily task. They are working on the motto " my way or no way" .
The manager or whoever executive, Ms Balgeet advised me that is no point on trying any other higher up managerial person because she has the last word.
I inform me Ms, Balgeet that my contract with Rogers expires by the end of the year and I hope many other customers will leave you.
I will also post this review every single day and hopefully it is someone higher up than you. If not, I wish you are treated the same way by another corporations that you personally deal.
Rogers interrupted our lives with no data , no banking and any way of communication in two circumstances along the years and we just have to keep humble and grateful for the change that was reimbursed to customers. But if you , as a company don't appreciate a good customer, trust me, it will come a day when the customers will turn their back to you as well.
Unfortunately I still have to press one " star" because is no lower option
