Dr. Greenspoon took the time to ensure that every aspect of the situation was explained to me in great detail, fostering my understanding and confidence in the decisions that needed to be made. I must admit that I felt quite apprehensive upon arriving at the clinic due to various concerns, but I left with a sense of relief and optimism, knowing that my pet was receiving the best possible care.Furthermore, I would like to commend the entire clinic for their commitment to providing affordable and honest treatment. While veterinary expenses can often be substantial, I truly appreciate the transparency and willingness to work with local clients to ensure that the costs remain manageable. 800 Centennial Rd, BrockvilleWe went on several occasions to see the animals for adoption at this centre and the staff there were very professional. They care about the animals in their care but they are also concerned about the animals in the home they are going to. The dog in the home was not a good fit with the animal at the shelter. They are both very good dogs but they were not a good fit with each other. I appreciate the honesty. No animal should have to be returned to the shelter through no fault of their own. The care and training I saw at this shelter is commendable and I thank you for the work you do with these beautiful beings. Kudos on a job well done.
