Yes I live on Lyn Rd and my mail ma (lady) does not know how to close mailbox. If a cheque or important document gets lost whom do I notify or can this be rectified?

Canada Post will not deliver parcels, even if you are in a wheelchair you have to go pick them up. This is not an isolated incident, and Canada Post will not do anything to fix the problem.
