Amazing gym, really focused on teaching the basics and fundamentals. This is not just a boxing gym, it's a club full of amazing people who love boxing and care for their community. Love this place.

A gym that is truly a family! If you're looking to work HARD, learn new skills and have fun this is the place to be. I can't explain how good this place has been for me both mentally and physically.
